We had the unfortunate situation of having to terminate a tenancy before it even started, after the buyer of a property we were selling through another agent pulled out at the very last moment. This made an already stressful process even more difficult.
Throughout the whole situation, Nazim was by far the most accommodating, understanding, and patient person we dealt with. He handled everything with professionalism and, most importantly, with genuine understanding of our circumstances. His approach made a very stressful situation considerably easier to manage, and we are extremely grateful for his help.
This is also not the first time we have worked with Nazim. He was managing the property we are currently selling around six years ago.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Nazim and, if the opportunity arises in the future, we are confident that we will seek to work with him again.

Professional and prompt! I wish there were more options for tenants around flexible payment schemes but overall Our Fraser and Co letting agent Robert was extremely helpful in navigating the crazy rental market in London!

One of the worst experiences I've had with a letting agency. The after-sales service was extremely poor - slow responses on fixing thins, unrealistic promises, and a clear lack of communication between the sales and account management teams.

We were asked to move out so the apartment could be sold, which caused significant inconvenience. After we had already made arrangements and secured a new place, we were then asked if we could stay because the sale had fallen through.

To make matters worse, a water account was opened under my partner's name after we had left the property. We only discovered this much later and had to spend time proving that we had moved out long before and that my partner had never previously held an account with the water company - and of course Fraser & Co did nothing about this.

If you can, I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency.

After having dealt with plenty of estate agencies in London, our experience with this one is by far the worst.
Unfortunately, we had to stick with them for 5 years, so I can provide a good back up of their disastrous service and incompetency.
For the record - we NEVER skipped or delayed a rent payment and treated the property and the communal development areas with extreme care.
There were repeated water leaks (due to the poor building pipework materials) which did not flood the whole flat just because we worked several days doing all and beyond to prevent it, bailing out water nonstop with buckets, moving furniture out of the water reach, removing carpets, etc
Nevertheless, this caused major inconveniences due to humidity and inevitably carpets being ruined.
It took the agency LONGER THAN A YEAR to replace ONLY ONE of the damaged carpets- their excuse: they "could not" reach out the landlord
After endless emails for 2 and a half years chasing for a compensation as the Habitation clauses of the agreement had been unfulfilled, the promised compensation NEVER ARRIVED.
We finally moved out from the flat leaving it in an immaculate estate (as per their check out inspector), and the agency still wanted to deduct the charges for the expired smoke detectors, which are only the Landlords responsibility (as per legislation). - We were without smoke detectors for some months even though this had been immediately reported and a risk for health and safety.
They are not only not knowers of very basic tenancy legislation/regulations, but their inefficacy and lack of assistance when any issue arises is outrageous at least.
Not via email, not by phone and not even booking an in-person appointment with a branch manager (as we did, having to request a half day off work) this agency is uncapable of sorting any small problem or one of a relevant magnitude.
This impacted our peace of mind for years as the house was a mess during weeks in several occasions, and their only response was ALWAYS: "we cannot get hold of the landlord"
The refund of the full deposit had to be disputed as well through TDS for the same reason.
It took them more than 3 MONTHS! to return the deposit and they completely ignored our constant chasers for the promised compensation, which finally never arrived.
All this said - please do yourself a favour and chose a different estate agency.
