Can't resolve issues with Frooition, keeps me from doing business. You have to use them to sync Topdawg and eBay. I'm stuck

I had to useFrooition to merge topdawg and eBay. Though everything was fine, however, the day after I signed up, I could not log in again. I changed passwords and could not get back in. Contacted Frooition and was told I need a 6-digit code before anyone could help me. I never got a six-digit code. The only thing I got from them was a welcome email and confirmation of payment. I never received a code. According to an AI I was using, this happens a lot. I tried to get this resolved 3 or 4 times to no avail. Without them, I can't use Topdawg. I've been trying for 5 days to get my business off the ground. I want to stay with Topdawg, but without Fooition, I can't sync Topdawg and eBay..

The reply from Fooition is ridiculous. I tried to respond to Trustpilot, but it was a non-reply email. I attached a copy of my welcome letter and also a copy of my bank statement showing their charge to me. This is what I found using AI:

✅ What the problem actually is
Frooition’s login system requires a verification step during the first sign‑in. If that step is interrupted or the code never arrives, the account stays in an unverified state, which causes:

- Login rejection
- “Credentials incorrect” even when they’re correct
- No access to support because they require the verified account to submit a ticket

This aligns with known Frooition issues where the authorization flow fails or never completes. Due to this, I will not be able to use Topdawg, wasted days of stress trying to get this fixed. Now I have to find another drop shipping company. Topdawg had the best reviews of any other company.

This is to Trustpilot: There is no way to add attachments to this review. Also, there is no way to contact you for more information; your email has no reply, so how can anyone give you a clear picture? I have the Welcome email and a copy of my bank statement showing that they did get money from me.

Professional, organized and made the process easy and streamlined

As someone who previously worked for a software provider, it was interesting to be on the client side for once. I have to say that Frooition was buttoned up! So organized and professional and they made the whole process easy for us. They were flexible with our timelines as well which we appreciated! Also, everyone we encountered on the Frooition team was very positive and pleasant to work with!
Lastly, the finished product was better than we had hoped and the results were great!

Have just trialled this software and…

Have just trialled this software and all I can really say, is that it is an utter complete waste of time.
The optimiser, just finds listings that have item specifics missing. It has absolutely no understanding of what those specifics actually mean and guesses what it should put. 99.9% of the time, those guesses are incorrect, or inappropriate.
The one part of this software that I liked, was the Ebay templates. However, though you can remove the actual template, they insist on leaving a logo on the bottom of your listing. Even when no longer using the software. This then entails going through every single listing and removing the extra HTML from it! Very poor and has resulted in many hour of extra work.
Whereas previously, I could use "Sell Similar" directly on Ebay to copy over the main details from a listing, which is very simple process. When using this software and the templates, you don't much option but to use it to create a new listing. This takes about 3 times longer as you basically have to everything from scratch. You can even upload images to the listing itself, it has to be on their software.
Support is useless. 3 times I have asked for instructions on how to bulk remove templates, yet I still haven't got a straight answer!

They have a feature called "Autofix". Be aware, that you get limited numbers of these. All it does, is to fix your listings with the defaults that they have decided work. Even where this great for the job, because of the limited fixes, I would have to pay an EXTRA £200+ to use these to get my listings sorted.

So to sum up, this software is an utter waste of time for anyone with a touch of common sense.
At every single turn, they are trying to get more money out of you! So overall, I see this software purely as a money grab for the company!

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to review our exciting software that you purchased the 30 day trial version of for £1 on 13 Feb 26.

I will attempt to respond to each of your negatives in the order that you raised them.

The Optimisation ensures that there are no blanks and completes missing fields as eBay software prioritises fully completed listings over partially completed ones. Had you had continued with the 30 day trial you would have seen a huge increase in impressions.

When you raised the ticket to remove our logo’s from your template on Mon 23 Feb 26, we responded in 5 mins, telling you to do this via Bulk Revision (we could see that you had already run this fantastic tool to apply the template so didn’t think you would need the instructions on how to do this again).

As you seemed to be having difficulties re-using the Bulk Revision tool, we stepped in and removed the logos from your listings for you, as requested on Tue 24 Feb 26. We responded immediately to all your tickets (less the one raised at 5:41pm, - we dealt with that the very next morning at 09:26).

As a business we like to advertise our services and use the £1 trial to get our clients an insight into the tools we provide for your eBay site. This is all laid out in our T’s & C’s that are clearly laid out on signing up.

I have worked with a lot of software companies over the last 10 years in the ecommerce world. Frooition has been one of the easiest and most positive experiences that I have had. Re-designing our store templates and banners, I am happy with our choice of using Frooition. Our designer Adam did an awesome job.

Unauthorised message added to our eBay listings and poor support!

We paid for Frooition for many years, but the platform felt outdated and did not function as it should. The final issue was particularly concerning: a message was added to 3500 of our live eBay listings without our approval — “This listing is currently undergoing maintenance…”

After we contacted support and confirmed we would not be renewing, we were told the template code had been removed. However, some listings continued to display the message, and our follow up emails were ignored while the issue remained live.

We have moved away due to the high ongoing cost, the outdated system, and the negative impact on our listings.

Firstly let me apologise that you feel let down by Frooition.

As you are aware we are a subscription based service and if you do not pay your subscription your listings will not display your template. The "undergoing maintenance" message is the default setting for all listings of clients with expired subscription. This was explained to you when you contacted our Support Team. It was also explained to you that listings that are finishing within 12 hours or have a bid on are not able to be altered. (eBay doesn't allow it).

As a business owner, you must be able to recognise that business costs have increased massively over the last 3 years and our price increase reflected those costs.

No problem using Frooition at all

We have used Frooition with our listing templates over a number of years, and have just refreshed and polished listings up again.
Very quick and professional design team.
Having signed design draft off, I noticed a change that I needed to make and the team dealt with it fast and efficiently.

Be weary of a company that can't…

Be weary of a company that can't respond to simple inquiries. Was a customer for a LONG time, they no longer provide the service, still charged me for it, contacted them to cancel it but ZERO reponse. Had to get Paypal to step in regarding it. Remember, if you don't take care of your customers, someone else will.

Still no excuse not to get back to a customer after multiple attempts. The answering service can't even take a message?! What a waste that is, huh? The email of yours: paypal*frooapps.com is no longer valid, change it to something else or is that too hard? Sent multiple emails to sales*frooition.com also, that not working also or people there don't give a crap? ZERO stars! Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frooition has been the best business decision we’ve made!

I can confidently say that choosing to work with Frooition has been the single best decision in recent memory. Their methods are meticulous and well organised. They expressed our visual concepts in bold and creative ways, and their communication at every stage was fast and thorough.

Brilliant company. From the initial calls with Andrew to our talented designer Dan creating a great concept for our eBay store, everything was so simple and straightforward and easy to follow.
