Fuel Fixer Ltd Avis

I poured Deasel in my patrol car and stuck at the fuel station.
Thanks Fuel fixer to help me with a great customer service.

Due to some mislabelling I mistakenly put screenwash in my adblu reservoir. The technician was very knowledgable and certainly knew what he was doing. The result being my car was happy as was I.
My only negative comment is that £1500+ seems rather excessive for what appeared to be the same procedure for emptying, cleaning and refilling a fuel tank.

Bela was a very friendly and competent roadside technician, really took a good care of the car and made sure everything was working before he charged me.

Csaba was excellent- arrived within an hour on a busy bank holiday weekend and was very reassuring while doing a great job

My daughter put petrol in her diesel car, she was very upset. I called the company and they were very professional and sent someone out. He arrived within the hour ( rush hour traffic ). Csaba was really professional but more importantly he was reassuring and kind towards my daughter and I can’t thank him enough. He sorted the car out in about 30 minutes and put £20 diesel in the tank.i thoroughly recommend both the company and Csaba.

Great service with friendliness you can appreciate. I will recommend Bela anytime.

Bela was excellent. Incredibly knowledgeable. Speedy. Would get again if I ever fill up my tank wrong a second time

Today I put ad blu in the diesel tank. Bela came out after a few hours and he explained the steps of what he was going to do. He did an excellent job as my car is running great without any issues so far.

Very prompt professional service. Drainer Cssba absolutely lovely guy. I felt so stupid at making such an idiotic mistake but he reassured me that it happens more than people realise. Thank you for such an incredible service.

Absolutely five star experience
Could not have sent a more helpful, courteous, experienced and flexible engineer in Michael
Took time to explain everything to me
Very impressed with the company organisation too

I was so embarrassed to have put Ad Blue direct into my diesel fuel tank. Advised not to try and start the engine by Fuel Fixers and promised an engineer with in 90minutes. Engineer Csaba arrived on time, he drained the contaminated fuel from tank, flushed tank out and then added clean diesel. Csaba was a truly professional engineer and also a lovely men. Can only recommend.

Very nice guy, helped out a lot

I called in from frankley services on the M5 after filling with unleaded instead of diesel. Csaba came out to me within half an hour. He was extremely friendly and great to talk to, a credit to the fuel fixer team. He had me sorted and back out on the road in approximately half an hour so the turn around time from initial phone call to being back on the M5 was just under an hour. Thanks again!

I put add blue in my Vito diesel tank , every one told me since I drove it and it broke down I had messed up the e fuel system, this was confirmed by my mechanic ,who then told me it would be upwards of 3 grand to fix . I headed to my work group chat for advice from old men , after about 15 minutes of getting the pissed taken out off me , someone suggested fuel fixer. I called them paid the amount asked , it was no where near what I expected.I was assured the vehicle would be fixed , the technician drove from Aberdeen and had my vehicle up and running in under 4 hours , I would recommend these guys to anyone . Highland executive travel Inverness thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts .

Good communication over the phone, fast and reliable service.
Ian was absolute professional.

Response time fabulous ,good reception. Assisted by Bela ,very knowledgeable at what he did, humorous ,had a good laugh amid my stress. Highly recommend.

Bela, was brilliant, totally professional, explained the process to me and assured me that everything was going to be ok. A very kind easy to speak to person. Thank you Bela

Very fast and efficient. A+

From initial phone contact thy did all that they promised. including clear pricing policy. Darko and his van were well presented and because he attended my home address I gave him the car keys. After what felt like half an hour the job was completed with ample fuel for me to fill up locally. Total satisfaction!!!

I had filled my van with the wrong fuel late at night. I had a look on Google and found fuelfixer. After giving them a call they were able to send someone out and Tommy was there within the hour.
Tommy was very friendly, professional and fast. He knew his stuff and was able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend fuelfixer
