Worst company ever

Worst company ever, Worst Customer Service! They will make you suffer for renting the furniture. The pick up of the products were scheduled on 9th, no single person has appeared to pick up the products, they come and say okay will come tomorrow, almost 5-6 times its been rescheduled, we are tried of contacting them, we are working professionals and they simply don't understand the time and value of the customer, they will keep saying/bluffing... Minus 10 Star reviews.....

Company that threatens to kill and rape…

Company that threatens to kill and rape your family. They somehow found out the name of my sister and her workplace and they have been calling me from International numbers with horrible abusive men who threaten that they know exactly when my sister leaves work. They threatened raping and killing if the email link is not used to pay immediately (Only Furlenco employees would know about the link being sent on that day). The women employees are no different, and they are completely aware that the number is not from india. When i called their customer service this first question was which country number did they call from? Which means they knew exactly that the calls originate from another country number. They are all in this fraud together and someone should sue this company so that the directors go to prison for a hundred years for these horrible threats. I have call recordings with the details and they keep replying that they couldnt hear the word furlenco in the calls. The call was regarding a link sent for payment which was done by them and therefore it is clearly them. I will wait for a lawyer who is capable to directly file a FIR against the directors and investors.

By far the worst customer service…

By far the worst customer service experience of my life. The products were good, however the return of the products became a hassle, something, I have never experienced before in my life! To top it all their recovery agent made calls demanding payments I wasn’t even aware were due. The agent was rude and made me feel I had committed a crime. While I did make the payment that was due, I still don’t understand why I made the payment but reading their other reviews I fear that I might get a call again after a month asking for some due payment. I have spoken to a customer agent and taken from them in writing that all my accounts are fully settled and I will not receive any calls or emails from Furlenco regarding any payments. This experience has caused me a tremendous amount of stress and has also made me feel insulted. I am still worried that I may get another call in a month asking for another set of payment I am not aware of. I hope good sense prevails in Furlenco, they take a stalk of the conditions in their company and make necessary amends.

Pathetic service

Pathetic service, even after ending subscription they are not picking product rather sending bill and asking for money, whenever tried to get clarification on bills no one from service answer it, even number of call back requests were sent but never call, the only time they treat you good is first time when you order, after that they just need money. Its a pathetic and very bad service, its better to buy from market and resell after need on online platforms available.

Very pathetic worst service given by them they charge the money so early and then they give very rude responses. Worst service ever experienced by any team. Moreover their delievery agents ashish and sanjay they should be immediately be removed from thier jobs they don’t have the courtesy to how to speak to a customers

The most pathetic service ever

The most pathetic service ever! They make you pay for a year and don't refund if you are unhappy with the product! Please do not rent your furniture from this rent service provider. It takes you ages to reach out to customer service and the emails are never seen.

Pathetic service

First month they sent me a wrong invoice, they took literally a month to amend the bill.

Also, I have put a request for pick up 4 days back but non of the executive have come back to me or contacted me yet.

I waited for more that 15mins on call to get connected but failed to connect.

I think this company doesn’t care about their reputation.

The worst customer experience ever

The worst experience ever. I have ordered an Activa 5G, they scheduled to deliver two times and never delivered. Every time I call them, they tell it will get delivered today and at the end of the day they tell its delayed from our delivery partner (Royal brother), so we are postponing by 3 days. The customer support is the worst and the worst experience ever. I finally ordered directly royal brothers with approximately the same price. They have delivered the very next day. If anyone want to rent a vehicle, please order directly from royal brother.

Absolute fraudsters

Absolute fraudsters. Very nice to prospects until you rent, and then they rip you off, and NEVER answer phones and deliberately delay picking up furniture that you don’t need anymore.
Please think ten times before you fall victim to this fraudulent business as well as the poorest customer service. Don’t go thru what we are gong thru. We are planning to take them to court

Spare yourself a headache and literally order from any other company. I might need therapy for the amount of harassment and dysfunctionality I have seen from this joke of a company. THE. WORST. SERVICE. EVER.
I have even received threats against my family.

This is a fraud company till the time u pay they will be so nice after the payment they are not bothered. I booked a bed which comes with a mattress but the mattress was so horrible it actually felt that there is no Mattress when requested to change it they said they said it would cost extra , i agreed later on they said as u have paid the money it cannot be changed , ridiculous, be very carefull when u deal with them , they will change the delivery time , date , everything as per their convenience

What a shamefull organisation. It has no right to be even called as such. very big scammers dont neverr ever go into this frand my amount was cut without any conformation and nobody is answering the call later on

Very poor services

Very poor services, no priority given to customers. I have been calling them for the past two weeks and still yet to hear back from them. I request everyone to stop using their services. Don't start a company when you cant provide proper services.

They are pathetic , Don't buy anything from them

Please whoever is planning for buy any rented furniture for them read this review which is authentic.
Not one star, they don't deserve any star guys. Don't take any furniture for them i have their rented furniture and i have been paying them for more than 1 year and every month i am paying them too but they are so pathetic they abuse you so badly and send you many msgs again n again in just seconds and even call you again and again. There are two ladies i am putting there numbers here 9999265423 her name is Soniya from Banglore team and the other one told her name Niyati, number is 9667919517 they abused my wife when she was in her office with her client while my wife had promised them to pay you after reaching home after 6pm but at 5:30 they called her and msgs her many time and abused her and a week before she just paid them 6000 rupees even paying them every month still Furlenco customer team abused her even she had faced that before also. And she called one of their manager or maybe team leader name is Gagandeep, number is 7303630343 He didn't reply her and when she sent him msgs with all proof he ignored and replied i am talking to team but he didn't solve this matter.
So personally i am advising you guys don't buy anything from them they are just looting you and at point they forget who they are and from where they are earning.
Furlenco team don't forget your limit if somebody is not saying anything don't take him or her for granted otherwise one day will come and you will face a big loss in your business and life too.
