Customer Service - excellent. Delivery and collection staff professional, helpful and courteous. Had slight hiccup their end, dealt with professionally and calmly and called me when they said they would. One of best customer experience I have had. Delivered and collected promptly. Helped to set up even though we had not booked that.

Equipment very good, ordered 5 picnic tables and benches, some tables worn at corners but looked ok. Thankyou Furniture Hire. Would not hesitate to recommend you and use you again.

I would strongly recommend this company for furniture hire. good quality furniture and transparent in my dealings with the company. I have had many occasions to hire furniture and Furniture Hire has been the best to deal with so far.

The assistant sales manger persuaded me to order my wedding chairs because she said they would be sold out in a matter of days. I panicked and ordered and paid, only to realise I do have them already ordered through the table package. I called back to cancel less than 10 hours later and was told that they could only refund me 75 percent of what i paid - as per their small print. no one can explain why they charge 25 percent - and I've been waiting for a call back from the manager since may,

I ordered five tables and 35 chairs several weeks before my party on 8th July. I had prepared a table plan, made flowers, bought ice buckets etc for my tables. The ordering was easy and the gentleman concerned very helpful.

On the delivery day (7th) the furniture arrived. The chairs and cushions were great but I was informed the tables I ordered were not available and seven small tables were left. No apology no warning. This completely messed up my plans.

I called to complain and have called and e-mailed many times. I have been offered a refund if £27.60! Aftercare is non-existent - the company are not bothered that I was so unhappy as I did not get what I ordered. A great shame as I have a much bigger celebration coming up and would have used this company again but it is an insult what I have been offered.

Would not use again or recommend sadly.

Hired some office furniture from Furniture Hire UK for our Mayfair office.
Very disappointing experience. All of the items were delivered in a terrible state, broken, dirty and covered in dust. The cupboard were delivered locked, and with the wrong keys. Contacted Furniture Hire UK and logged a complaint. Despite chasing them for nearly 2 weeks I've not heard anything back. They also damaged both the walls and our expensive flooring when dropping off the furniture. Avoid at all cost! Dealing with them has been a very costly mistake. If I was to describe them in one word, it would be INCOMPETENT.

Phone calls answered on the second ring, friendly helpful and efficient staff, emails sent throughout the delivery and collection processes keeping me informed - the whole order was faultless. Several guests commented on how comfortable the chairs were. I could not have been more pleased with everything.

I found that dealing with Furniture Hire UK was very easy, they kept in touch throughout the process and I was Very impressed with the fact that they were able to give a delivery and collection time down to a 1 hour timeslot. The tables supplied were of top quality.

We needed extra chairs at the last minute and found the company on a Google search. We were able to order and pay quite easily and delivery happened with no issues at all and the same goes for the collection. Your delivery guy helped to bring the chairs up to the required space and was very helpful. We will use again

I hired tables and benches for our Christmas Dinner which we held in our Canteen and used Furniture Hire. The service was great , hassle free prompt and friendly. I would certainly recommend them and use again.

The booking system was efficient, however what made this five stars was the delivery teams. I had two separate orders and both teams, went over and above to be helpful and their time keeping was impeccable. I would definitely work with Furniture Hire UK again and would recommend highly.

I am not a big Corporation and my order was only small in the grand scheme of things. I ordered one 6ft table, ten chairs and associated linen to use for my Christmas lunch. It was delivered on the 23rd of December and I was asked to check quantities and sign to acknowledge delivery, which I did.
On Christmas Eve I began to assemble my table for the big day only to discover the tablecloth was horribly stained in several places and very heavily. I immediately called their 24hr helpline and left a message with a gentleman. I also emailed twice and have not heard from them since. It is now 04/01/2017. Some of the napkins were also stained with lipstick, but this was not huge to me as they can easily be replaced, the tablecloth was another matter. It was huge.

The company called me on the 29th of December as the order was to be collected the following day. I explained my issues with the gentleman who called, and he assured me I would hear from someone regarding my complaint, but I have not. Terrible customer service, not even an acknowledgment!

Whilst I recognise this was Christmas and the office was likely closed, to not even call me 11 days after the problem is just downright lazy and rude.

Also the delivery options are a bit scammy IMHO. They give you a day between 8am-5pm but if you pay extra they'll give you a specific time. Stop money-grabbing and give us the time anyway if that's a possibility!

I wont use again and DO NOT recommend.
