Furniture Village - Abingdon Avis 

As always we were met with a smiling friendly face and offered help if we needed it. No trailing around behind us where ever we went! The staff are very nice in the Abingdon store and very helpful. We were offered a drink and cookies while we were looking. We found some very good offers on furniture so left feeling very happy with a new dining table a rug and a new bed. Carl was very patient with my sister who is nearly 80 and myself which was great and we will definitely be going back again.

Bought two leather sofas. Customer service very helpful, polite, cheerful and very very patient as we took two days deciding which colour to have.

On arrival, my partner and I were met by a friendly welcoming staff member (George) who listened carefully to our requests, skilfully navigated our differing preferences! and did all he could to incorporate them all. He found us the perfect sofa, with the preferred fabric, and with all the gadgets we wanted… with the bonus of it being on a sale… so we could include the pouffe!
George took his time, made us a coffee with cookies, and we felt so relaxed we could have spent the afternoon sat on the sofa chatting!
The real bonus for me was that I discovered the Furniture Village is a family run company who remain personally invested in the stores and their staff… call me old fashioned but in a world where investment and AI seem to be the biggest drivers, a human personal touch goes a very long way! Money and machines do not make us feel genuinely cared for!
