Furniture Village - Bristol Avis 

Salesman Jak introduced himself and said he was about if we needed to know anything. When I needed him, 2 or 3 times, he was happy to help, he wasn’t pushy and he didn’t hover (which is a pet hate of mine). Once we decided what we wanted he went through all of our options and explained the procedure clearly and precisely. He answered all our questions thoroughly and is just a really nice guy. Great personality, a member of staff you should be proud of. Now we are looking forward to our new suite which we will enjoy for years to come knowing it’s all covered by your 5 year guarantee. We've been trying to chose new dining furniture for a while and Sunday we decided. It was between two sets with a massive price difference. We ended with the lesser priced of the two but a no point did Natalie try to push us or change our minds just went with and gave us options and discussed extras, which we had, and the order was sorted. No pressure sales at all.

Friendly and helpful sales person (Alex). Allowed us to browse the store with no sales pressure and when asked was very knowledgeable about the product.

The delivery men were very friendly and went the extra mile for us. They were very quick at getting the sofa up.

Staff were very friendly sorting out the delivery of our sofa and finance.

Alex from the Bristol store was really knowledgeable and helpful and made the purchasing of our dining table and chairs easy. Highly recommend

I bought a leather suite from the Furniture village store at Cribbs causeway Bristol in July 2024. After some time the 3 seater cushions were starting to deform. When I called the help line I was told that this was not covered by the warranty. I went back to the store and showed the store manager photographs of the suite. He agreed that this should be covered and passed my information on to Natalie from the customer care team. From then on she took care of the whole process and although it took some time to get the spare parts from abroad, the suite is now repaired to our satisfaction. Good customer service once the problem was acknowledged.

Very helpful selling , but very poor on communication send emails no reply and telephoned Tuesday and told store closed , very disappointing!
Requesting a delivery date !

When I ordered my bedroom furniture Steve was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I had my delivery today and cannot fault the guys who worked so hard in over 30 degrees heat with no complaints.
