Furniture Village - Chester Avis 

There was no pressure into buying and the sales agent was very good. We did not buy then and there as we had to make sure the furniture would fit our small living room so went home to measure up. Called the agent and said we would be in the next day as we wanted to look at the settee and chair again and wanted to check the colour swatches.
Terry Dowdeswell the sales agent from the Chester branch was very knowledgeable when we asked questions and we were very pleased with the service we received.

Ordering was easy , quality furniture and great delivery guys ! Nothing was to much trouble .

We were given coffee & freshly baked cookies. They didn’t do the hard sell. We ended up seeing everything we wanted and bought a dining room table & chairs plus a settee with 2 snuglers and 2 stools. We also bought the care package and they have everything in stock. we also managed to negotiate the price. We are now excited to have everything delivered.

Lovley service,funny and lots of coffee and cookies… what’s not to like

We ordered dining table set, sofa bed, rug and bedside lamp on 17th July. We required them to be delivered ASAP. Therefore we had to select items that are in stock, not our first preference. We were told items will be delivered in a weeks time. However, we had to call again and again to get the items delivered by 25th (it was scheduled for early August).
It would be better if customers were told exact date of delivery during purchase without making them frustrated.

Excellent customer service from Helen at the Chester branch. We needed a smaller settee and her guidance was a big selling point. No pressure, not rushed and we took our Springer Jess who was also made welcome. Also fresh cookies to eat on way home! This is our second buy from them and would recommend.

Very personable sales people not pushy but very willing to help and give us space to make an informed decision.
Jonny the Sales Manager was especially friendly and competent.

Very welcoming store, had the wardrobe we wanted to view on display. Paul from the Chester store took us through the options and even called the model rep to get us more options. Great service, offered us a friendly coffee and took time to explain there process. Thanks again!

Left me alone so I had time to make up my mind. Offered me a hot drink but didn't SELL. Offered help when I requested it.

Was not kept waiting to be seen to. Staff member was very knowledgeable and talked us through all options. Great service and would highly recommend.
