Furniture Village - Chester Avis 

Terry looked after us in the showroom and experience was largely smooth. We did have to wait a while as there were no staff upstairs to talk to

Terry was our salesperson today. He was extremely helpful & pleasant without being pushy.
Even made us coffee & cookies while we waited for a call

We have always had excellent customer service from the staff in furniture village in Chester. We were served by Helen who really helped us with finding a sideboard for our new house. She was patient, attentive and very helpful. The role of a salesperson is to sell however Helen made the process personable and gave is the right advice to find what we wanted. Thank you.

Very nice and professional service

The foot stool was delivered, but not put together by the delivery person. They parked in front of the house, blocking the road and said you ok to put it together and left, this is not what we expected as the sales person said they deliver and install

Thanks to Callum for his wisdom and knowledge, we bought 2 sofas today.
No pressure, no flash sales techniques, just good advice and a sense of humour. It was refreshing. Thanks Callum.

Staff were happy to help or leave you alone, everything was explained from timings to warranty, fabric care, liked the fact we could have the same fabric on different ranges, not something you can always do.

Just bought a new sofa with Terry he was super helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and wasn’t pushy at all had an amazing experience!

Having spent 3 full days looking for furniture

We were undecided on which colour sofa to choose and so Terry kindly used his own mobile to access the Furniture Village app to show how the various colours would look in our home which was a massive help. Nothing was too much trouble so thanks again Terry for your excellent customer service.

We asked if they had what we were looking for they directed us up stairs when we asked if they had a lift they directed us to the lift and we found just what we wanted someone said I will get someone to help you then we were offered a drink and deposit was paid no hassle at all thank you

We were delt with by Helen, she was very helpful and not pushy. She provided good clear information and answered our questions about the sale in a very professional manner

We purchased our 2 sofas just over 2 years ago and thought we had invested well for comfort for years to come. Unfortunately we were wrong.
After about 12 months our cushions were very uncomfortable to sit on so we contacted the so called customer support service.
The laughing gentleman told us didn’t you know you had to turn your cushions over to reduce compression.
Yes we did know that and have been doing so.
Try unzipping them overnight to allow some air back into the foam - ok we will try anything because at this stage we are both sitting on the floor as it’s more comfortable.
Well to cut a long story short 3 years of back and fourth and just over £3000 later the so called customer support service has said there is nothing wrong with them and they will not even offer replacement cushions.
Ok that’s fine, we will go elsewhere and buy our own but also we will let other customers know of our experience so hopefully they do not fall into the same trap that we did.
Unprofessional service - rubbish quality cushions but a great salesman, at least they are getting something right.
