From entering the showroom the salesman was polite, helpful & not at all pushy. We returned the next day and same salesman (didn't get name unfortunately) helped us with our decision to purchase dining chairs. He even carried one to the door to get better light for the colour. Order was done in 10mins.
The delivery was very organised with clear communication as to when it was going to arrive in fact they called to deliver early which was great ! Both Rob & Joe were very friendly & polite guys and brought our chairs unpacked into our house. So all in all our experience was excellent well done Furniture Village in Poole! 😃

Suite delivered as promised within the time slot and notified in advance of the time of arrival. Suite was boxed for protection and each unit was in two parts for easy access to the property. Brilliant drivers had had it all installed in no time. Very pleasant and efficient couple of guys. First class.

The team that delivered our furniture were fantastic! Led by Joe, they were very careful on our newly fitted parquet wooden floor. Cleaned up all their packing & picked up any mess they left.
