10/10 for Rob and Joe both when they delivered the loan furniture and then when they delivered the ordered 3 Piece Suite. In spite of being the 6th customer on a hot day with 2 flights of stairs to navigate they acted with full professional attitude and good humour. All done and set up in the blink of an eye. Absolutely delighted with the delivery of our new sofa. The two gentlemen who delivered it were friendly, polite and very professional from start to finish. They took great care bringing the sofa into our home and were happy to help with positioning it exactly where we wanted it.
