They were polite, respectful and just lovely
They were very careful with the sofa and tidied up

Drivers very friendly and bubbly (even though it was raining). Even offered to help me move a mattress from my front room to upstairs which, I didn’t expect. Credit to them both; wish all your customers experience this kind of service from the drivers.

Who knew that choosing a new sofa was so complicated!! Thanks to Dan for his patience and advice and for never making us feel under pressure to make a purchase. Also for costing the many configurations of the sofa that we considered. Top bloke. Just waiting for delivery now.

Ali and Ricky delivery team were super helpful took the sofa apart and installed it, great communication on delivery times. The poole manager was so helpful the fact that they were able to lend us a stock sofa until ours is ready is top quality service from furniture village. Leo the sales rep was ever so polite and supportive with helping is choose our sofa. Thank you everyone.

Ricky and Paul the delivery people in my opinion went above and beyond normal for a pair who seem very busy. They not only were pleasant and respectful but took real care of my home. Big thank you to Ricky and Paul and to furniture village the new bed looks fantastic
