Furniture Village - Northampton Avis 

It was a second visit to view a suite I had wanted to buy a month ago.
On return I was greeted by Terry who took me straight to view/try the suite again. I was delighted that it was reduced by a few £100 !!!!

The lady that served us is a credit to your company there was no pushy sales from her which is unusual when you go into shops her name is Tejal Sharma and it’s so refreshing to go into a shop and not get sales consultants trying get as much money out of you as they can well done for the hassle free visit 👏👍

Tejal let us look round for a while before lending us a helping hand. We are a couple who had just bought our first home and needed a new bed, Tejal helped us look round each of the beds , trying them and offering extremely good advice tailored to us which we found really helpful, she is a lovely lady and a very helpful staff member!

No hard sell, but staff were readily available and happy to have a forthright conversation

Brian was very patient, informative and helpful throughout our 2 hour shopping experience. He knew the products well and looked up anything we weren't sure of. A nice man and good to do business with.

I bought and then changed my mind a day later.
Unlike some outlets, there was no attempt to make it hard to cancel the order, even though I had paid in full.

We were looking for a new bed. There was a good range to choose from at all price levels. The salesman (in an Aston Martin shirt but can't remember his name!) was patient, helpful and not pushy. Very pleased with the service and looking forward to our new bed!
