Furniture Village - Northampton Avis 

Popped in to look at sofas. Ended up buying a new kitchen table, bench and chairs. I’m not really a fan of sales staff especially pushy ones. So I was going to go home and order online. Until Tejal came along. Such a lovely experience! Knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I would go back and buy from her again. Maybe for the sofa I actually went to look at!

The store has a great selection and atmosphere. Tejal, who served me, could not have been more helpful & attentive.

Visited the store twice before ordering Tejal looked after me both times. She was amazing not pushy. Spent time going over options and what was benefit of various designs. Lovely lovely lady

Delivery was estimated at 5 weeks but we were notified well before then that it was ready for delivery, a* service all round

What a lovely shopping experience at our Local Furniture Village Store in Northampton. Terry was enormously helpful and we felt no pressure whatsoever to purchase straight away, having made a couple of trips to work out what was right for us. All of our concerns were alleviated and we discussed delivery and what was expected. In the end we found a great sofa that worked for us in terms of comfort and price. Thank you Terry!

We had originally called in prior to look for a sofa, Irina had assisted us during this visit. She was very helpful and polite.
We then returned to finalise our purchase, Mo helped us with our sale and answered all our questions.
We were very happy with the service from start to finish.

We were served by Mo (Maurizio). He was polite, informative, attentive, and knowledgeable about the sofas we were looking at. He helped us compare each one. We were intending to go to the neighbouring furniture shops too, but he was so efficient we decided to buy two sofas and a great quality mattress as well. The products throughout the shop are of superior quality.

Lee was exceptionally helpful in advising us making decisions in buying our sofas and helping us into deciding which mattresses would help us sleep better. He’s an absolute gem. He knows what he’s talking about too and I trusted him implicitly. We thank him so much

We found the perfect wardrobe on the website so went along to the showroom at Riverside, Northampton to look at it. Just what we wanted so went ahead with ordering it. The gentleman who took our order was very helpful and pleasant. It was then a question of waiting for delivery from Germany. The agreed day arrived and we were advised the time to expect delivery, the van arrived and the driver and his mate unloaded the wardrobe and took it to the bedroom and assembled it for us. Took them less than an hour, so efficient and very tidy, well impressed with the whole process!

Mo was our sales associate, he was very helpful and explained about the different leathers and materials. He also spoke in great detail about the care plan as we purchased this with our new sofas. Very polite, knowledgeable and highly recommend if you pop in to the riverside branch in Northampton to ask for Mo.

When we first visited, we were just looking for dining room chairs, and Irina approached us to see if we needed any help. She was incredibly helpful without ever being pushy or impatient, which made the browsing process stress-free.
We actually ended up changing our minds completely and decided to purchase a table and corner sofa set instead. We returned the following day to collect the items and any questions we had, Irina was just as kind and patient as she was on our first visit.
Beyond the service, the store was very accommodating, allowing us to use the back entrance and the lift, which made things much easier for us.
If you are looking for high-quality furniture and some great deals, I highly recommend visiting this store. The staff here are genuinely kind and helpful, thank you to the team for making our shopping experience so pleasant! ❤️💯
