Level 2 assessment
I had my level 2 assessment with Stuart Curran this morning I was really anxious and he just made the whole experience very calming. He was very informative and there was a part during it where things didn’t quite go as planned and he stepped in and pointed me in the right direction which made me feel comfortable in continuing confidently. At the end after he told me I passed he took time to take interest in how I plan to move forward. Incredible coach.

Not worth it
I paid a lot of money for the Future Fit Pilates course and expected a high level of support and guidance, particularly regarding the practical aspects of becoming an instructor. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The course content is confusing and difficult to navigate; even during one of the workshops, the tutor acknowledged that the glossary was poorly explained.
The biggest issue has been the severe lack of support. Email responses take ages, yet when it comes to charging fees—such as paying to cancel an assessment—they reply almost instantly with their bank details. Whenever I called with questions, the staff were unhelpful and spoke to me conditionally, as if I should already know the answers. Furthermore, the portfolio structure is a complete mess.
My first practical workshop was a terrible experience. The tutor’s approach toward me was unnecessarily critical and uncomfortable. By the second day, I was experiencing severe anxiety and decided to leave early. When I contacted Future Fit to explain what happened and express how lost I felt, they offered no additional guidance or support. Instead, they advised me to pay for extra Pilates studio sessions to gain practical experience. Considering I had already invested a lot of money, I found this response unacceptable.
The workshops offer very limited opportunities to actually practice teaching—you only get to teach a few exercises in front of peers. While students are encouraged to practice on family and friends, it is impossible to do so confidently when you haven't been properly trained in the first place.
Overall, the level of support and preparation provided falls far short for the significant cost of this course.

I’m really disappointed with my…
I’m really disappointed with my experience with Future Fit Training.
I invested several thousand pounds in my training, expecting a good level of support and guidance throughout the process. After signing up and making the payment, I had one initial phone call and, since then, very little meaningful contact and zero support.
The majority of the training is online, with some in-person elements, and I have found the process extremely difficult to navigate without proper guidance. What little instruction there are, they have often felt unclear, and when I have tried to reach out for help, I have struggled to get the support I needed.
What I find particularly disappointing is the lack of proactive support. My account has effectively been dormant for a significant period-years, yet nobody contacted me to ask whether I was okay, whether I was having difficulties or whether I needed help getting back on track. Instead, I occasionally receive automated sales pitch emails, without any real personal guidance behind them.
I haven’t been able to make the progress I expected to make, and I feel that this is largely because I have been left to figure out a complicated course largely on my own.
I appreciate that online learning requires personal commitment, and I take responsibility for that. However, when someone invests thousands of pounds in professional training, I believe there should be a reasonable level of ongoing support, particularly when it is clear that they are struggling or have stopped progressing.
My biggest frustration is that I haven’t really had the opportunity to judge the course properly because I haven’t been supported enough to actually complete it.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering investing a significant amount of money in Future Fit to ask very specifically what support they will receive after they have paid and started the course — not just what is included in the course itself.
I genuinely wish I had understood the level of independent learning and lack of proactive support before committing the money.
