Nick Hewett - Suspension Exercise Instructor
Nick Hewett - Suspension Exercise Instructor. Nick was a very friendly and personable trainer, he put us all at ease at the start of the day with some fun intros and then gave us an excellent and comprehensive overview of all of the variations that we could do on the suspension trainer equipment. I’ve loved training with Future Fit for my level 3 and 4 mat Pilates qualification. Isabelle has been incredible, she taught both my workshops and is so lovely and knowledgeable! Kettlebell CPD course with Nick in London at Gym Nation today was quite good. It was good to go over the exercises in person and Nick was very nice. Loved learning the Jazzy figure of 8 swing :))
