I had some spare money and decided to go looking for a games I use to play many years ago . I found it at gala and began to play . Some wins some losses as you'd expect and then the site crashed for maintenance apparently! After that I lost 6k in four days every game a loss every bonus tiny in comparison to the spend .it got ridiculous so I spoke with an agent to make sure there wasn't a problem. Of course the usual fair play and random game explanation. After no help we ended the chat and then I got an email saying my account was closed and I got banned .

The algorithm clearly is sided they're a business after all but clearly when you raise a concern its easier to ban the player and remove the account than uphold a problem and deal with it .

Right so I opened an account with this utter crap site , deposit £10 pounds and you receive 100 free spins and £10 bingo bonus . So I had to contact them v the chat box and question why I didn’t receive the bonus and I will give them ther due the added the spins and the £10 bingo bonus , so I played the 100 free spins and believe it or not all I won was £6.78 , I then played that and got it up to £11 so I withdraw the £10 . Next I played the bingo bonus and I actually won the house 3 times and this made the £10 bingo bonus become wait for it ….. £36 … Ino I couldn’t believe it thought to myself…. This may be a good site after all , so then I played the £36 down to £20 and withdraw the £20 well when I say I withdraw I requested a withdrawal. 3 hours pass and no £10 withdrawal and no £30 withdrawal so I then go in to the chat box once again. And then I was told they have restricted my account I have to add a picture of myself holding my drivers license. So I did that no worries . Another hour goes past and I receive an email. U will never believe this my account has been suspended and wait for it my withdrawals of £30 all in have been suspended . I am a member of other casino apps and I have never had any issues with a withdrawal until gala bingo . So I say to u gala bingo. Your quick at taking the deposits with no issues what so ever and when it comes to withdrawing you are nothing but a con , I will never play your site again and will never recommend you to anyone.
All I lost to you was a measly £10 . So well done on the scam and for my £30 winnings you can treat your customer service people to a coffee , nothing but a scam site STAY CLEAR EVERONE

Well I am fed up playing I have played 75 ball for ages. When I do win anything like when I got up to 23 pounds it was all taken back with hardlly any wins. I am also fed up with all the so-called names winning time after time. So I am regretfully considering never depositing any more of my pension money. I did enjoy playing but now hate it.

honestly. at first it was fair, fun and decent. now i can officially say it has become the worst casino around. no win at all, ive been depositing little and often £5 and spinning on 10p, playing on games with RTPS like 96-97% highest the games rtp can go. and honestly having no win. is getting a joke over a week ive been playing changing games thinking its the games im playing when infact i believe its down to the site. they are rigged and guess what they are legally allowed to play with the settings. also ask them for your overall rtp on the site. they refuse to give you it unlike most sites. its true what people are saying. gala bingo needs closing. or the commission need to get of there high horse and actually do something about it. but they wont. because there in on it too making money from it in the background.

Gala you need to pay out 😡 4th aug played the summertime promotion on gala online bingo won £7120 I withdrew and it was pending so next morning I looked and gala closed account after 12 hours got back in to find out they had cancelled my winnings !!! No response off customer services !!
