Cheap Garbage Shipped Directly from China With No Possibility for a Refund
I accessed Garden & Gather from a link on Facebook. They advertised high quality canvas gardening aprons made in the US. Their website is designed very well. I ordered two aprons. The tracking number I received a couple of days later was from CHINA. These aprons were NOT made in the USA as advertised. I waited months for them. When they finally arrived they were cheap and didn't even look like what was advertised. They weren't even the same color as what I thought I had purchased. I contacted the company and didn't receive a response, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Shortly after I disputed the charge, I received an email from Garden & Gather. They offered me 10% back if I would keep the aprons. I declined. Then they offered me 20% back. I declined again, and told them I would accept 50% back if I could keep the aprons. They agreed. After several days I had still not received my 50% back so I contacted them. They said the refund was coming. Long story short, about eight weeks later I was able to get my refund from my credit card company. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company.
