Nordic Stretch Avis 

I've been using Nordic Stretch for about 2-3 weeks now and overall it's been genuinely helpful. I've already noticed real benefits from incorporating it into my routine.

My one critique is that the instructions could be clearer on the different ways you can use it. Some more detailed tips or a quick reference guide would go a long way in helping users get full value out of the product.

Solid product that does the job, just wish it came with a bit more direction on how to use it to its full potential.

Get the mobility program. It’s the best way to start. I like the gradual progression.

Waiting now four weeks for delivery - Customer Service were delighted to tell me that after close to three weeks it had left country of origin - seriously 3 weeks later and it is leaves the warehouse. Will take another 3 weeks to get here from country of origin. Makes me wonder why I try to support smaller businesses rather than the Amazons etc of the world. Would have it now if bought through Amazon Prime (that's if they have it in stock - I didn't check). Customer Service told me they would give me a refund - not sure how much it would cost to return but guessing it would be not cheap - so in effect I loose $$$ if i return and basically have thrown away $$$. They need to be clearer that it takes 6 to 8 weeks for product to arrive but they wont do that as no one wants to wait that long. Marketing it as 5 to days gets people to buy it when its 6 to 8 weeks for delivery so their website is a complete lie. If you want to wait 6 weeks for deliver then maybe it is worth it.

I’m happy with the Nordic Stretch. It took me a little while to get use to using the stick and figuring out which exercises work for me. It is different for someone over sixty then for a younger person.

Well built and designed product. Really does help increase mobility

I have bought the pole and the 90 day programme. I am not able to start the 90 day programme consistently until October but have taken out the reset and do this every day. It has been two weeks since I started just this minimal set of exercises and I have definitely noticed a difference in my stiffness level. I am 78 and work outside for long hours running my own business - I have been plagued with stiffness ... until now. Even with this minimal workout I can see a marked difference. I am keen to start the 90 day plan on October 1st when I know I can be consistent! I have recommended this to many of my guests...

As a senior wanting to insure increased mobility the Nordic Stretch seemed to accomplish the goal until I received the item. This is a Polish company with no USA presence. The shipping box in their ads is not what you receive. Thought that the box that was presented in their video and in the receipt of purchase was for storage when not in use but only received a small box with the disassembled sticks and a bubble package taped to the small box with the ends. Also ordered the travel bag which was not shipped and when contacted all I get is excuses without any resolution.

The Nordic Stretch pole has me doing stretches and exercises that I was reluctant to do prior to this. I don’t have to spend much time to feel I’m doing stretches that help a body that’s been sitting for far too long.

The Nordic stick has been fantastic, I have mobility issues and it is the perfect device to allow me stretch, lung without falling over. I feel a major improvement with my balance I highly recommend it.

The stick is robust and easy to disassemble fir transporting between home and office. Even with basic moves, the stick provides stability as the muscles lengthen against resistance which has improved my movement freedom. Easy to assemble. Would like it not to wobble at the joints, but got around that. Took a little longer to arrive than optimum. Just finished first biz car trip & using it at our hotel was great in the am in our room instead of germy gym. Just found out about the videos, so will start using those next. Good to see the progress on our balance. All in all a good addition to our home fitness routine

1 August 2026 - Unfortunately the stick broke after light use. I tried contacting Nordic Stretch (on four separate occasions) to let them know and seek a refund or replacement but I have received no response from them yet.

5 August 2026 - Thank you for your reply to my Trust Pilot review. I have sent another email to the email address your provided (same one as I sent my previous emails to) together with my order confirmation details and photos of where the stick broke. Hoping to resolve this sensibly and quickly. Awaiting your reply to my emails.

The stick is great for deep stretching. I would recommend to develop a training plan for athletes as the current one offered appears too basics. Mauro

Very disingenuous company. When I purchased the stick it included “free access” to a “complete video library to complement the stretch and mobility stick” through “structured programs, guided routines and progressive training plans” including “10-minute daily follow along routines”. This was under development and access would be given as soon as it launched.

They have since offered for sale a “complete training protocol for the mobility stick” that offers “follow along video sessions…10 minutes a day… structured for progression”.

Apparently this is completely different to what was part of my package (and presumably many other buyers) as it’s “a completely separate thing” as it has “different names and different products”. I beg to differ. Seems they have enticed buyers in with the offer of free access to training plans and then decided to renege on that and develop it only to sell separately.

Customer services have been very unhelpful, disingenuous and border line rude.

**update: having been asked to email customer services, they replied saying their position hasn’t changed and they consider the matter closed”. Not sure why they bothered asking me to get it touch. PLEASE CAREFULLY CONSIDER IF YOU WISH TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH SUCH A COMPANY.

The stick is robustly made and the online course is very clear and easy to follow.

I've noticed a real difference in the 6 weeks I've been using it with my 'usual' morning stiffness and aches seemingly a thing of the past.

The stick is well built, but the end balls didn’t not fit. Had to order the new ones (company have a credit that was equivalent to the value of the new end balls). Shipping was very, very long (26 days) and then had to wait for the second shipment (19 days). Emails were good, but couldn’t help with delivery time.
No introductory video so I felt I had to buy the program which is not laid out well. Exercises are good though.
