The stick is well built. Delivery poor.
The stick is well built, but the end balls didn’t not fit. Had to order the new ones (company have a credit that was equivalent to the value of the new end balls). Shipping was very, very long (26 days) and then had to wait for the second shipment (19 days). Emails were good, but couldn’t help with delivery time.
No introductory video so I felt I had to buy the program which is not laid out well. Exercises are good though.

I love it
I love it. I have the nordic stretch stick nearby as I work from home and every hour I get up for a walk and a stretch. I also feel safe as it can be used as a Bo staff if required. It's a great addition to my home office.

My 10 mins a day has become a great habit, usually start my day with a stretch and it sets me up. As a foil surfer, I need to stretch before and after getting into the sea, and never found a way to do it properly until now. Took a while to arrive but worth the wait!

Great product...
Great product, sturdy and feels really great to stretch using the stick. I have to give it 4 stars instead of 5 stars as there is still no video guide to get you started, just a basic PDF guide and emails for adverts to buy a course.... if only they would just make a 5 or 10 minute beginner video to accompany the PDF guide, then we know how to actually start and build a practice. The course they want to sell would then be a nice follow-on for people as they advanced.....

I love the approach of Nordic Stretch. The stick is well-designed and makes stretching easy. It reminds me a lot of the gentle movement that I practiced in Tai Chi for years.
I am doing the 12 week program and it is very well done with clear easy-to-understand instructions.

Great Stick, Terrible Customer Service
It is a great tool. What they don’t tell you is that they are 6-8 weeks backed up in shipping. They don’t tell you this after you order, either. You still think you’re getting it in the timeframe quoted. Instead they start hitting you up for additional purchases, like their mobility video for $25, which should be included - 100%. I was getting emails about how, based on when I ordered, I was likely already losing steam on daily stick stretching. I hadn’t even received it! When I inquired regarding shipping, I was thanked for my patience. When at last I did receive a notification for shipping, it was like a false summit. Just a tease. The stick sat in pre-shipping mode for another 3 weeks, and on the shipment screen it said, Wait in patience. Seriously. When it arrived, it was clear the box was old and worn. It was also crumpled on one end. There was no “surprise gift” inside. Other than the broken down stick, there was nothing else inside. It was underwhelming in presentation, for sure. Had I known this would be my ordering experience, I’d have gotten it off of eBay for half the price with free, fast shipping and a return option.

This company just continuously lie
This company just continuously lie. Delivery is shown as 5-10 days, what they actually mean is 5-10 weeks. I ordered in June and my order never arrived, Customer Service staff are rude and refused to give a refund after non delivery. I had to go through PayPal and got a full refund from them without any problems.

Once ordered and read reviews was skeptical. But the stick is the revised model with larger ends. A hard copy of routines would of been more suitable but easy steps to follow on the ebook. Well worth the investment and a bargain with the discount. Im improving every day.

Great for stability with stretching and gaining mobility. The design of the Nordic Stretch allows one to become more flexible and make gains and improve your range. It also improves one’s balance as well. Don’t waste precious time thinking about it, just get it and start. I will note shipping is free and took a while to receive.

With this well built and solid stick (physically it is impeccable) there is no proper introductory video. Only PDF guide. So I don’t really know how to use. Been relying on other companies’ videos. En up not using it to its full potential.
