Chay the maintenance operative was lovely. Didn’t mind my dog who became obsessed with him. Got the job done quickly and had a lovely chat at the same time! He also went through the findings and explained what needed doing.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The communication throughout was excellent, keeping us informed at every stage, and the onboarding process was smooth, professional and incredibly well organised. I just wanted to say kane tomlin from the who carried out the fire safety inspection on my door today was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the inspection. I really appreciated his positive attitude and the way he explained everything clearly.
