Today I want to express my deepest gratitude to the MedLab staff and nurses. My daughter Rachel is autistic, and blood draws are extremely challenging for her. What could have been a very stressful experience was handled with exceptional professionalism, patience, and kindness.
The team worked together beautifully, supported one another, and treated my daughter with genuine care and respect. They were calm, understanding, and compassionate throughout a very difficult procedure, and that made a world of difference for us as a family.
I truly thank them from my heart. Their teamwork and humanity go far beyond routine medical care, and they absolutely deserve recognition for the outstanding job they did.

I recently (26/08/2025) had some tests done at Medlabs Diagnostic and also had a pelvic ultrasound with Dr. Galina Burstinsca. I’m extremely satisfied!
Dr. Burstinsca was very attentive, explained everything clearly and in detail. You can really feel her professionalism and care for patients. The whole experience was comfortable and stress-free.
The laboratory itself is also excellent — everything is organized efficiently, quickly, and at a high standard. 👍
I highly recommend Medlabs Diagnostic and Dr. Galina Burstinsca to anyone looking for quality medical care and attentive service!

Good service
I visited this medical centre a few times. I really like it because they always answered quickly to my message. Also they are working on Saturday (it’s pretty nice). All staff were so nice and polite. From Farrington station 10 minutes away. And analysis results they sent in 24 hours (but it's always faster). The clinic is very clean. I will definitely visit again

I had an excellent experience at MedLabs Diagnostics for a recent blood test. Gosia, the nurse who assisted me, was incredibly kind and caring throughout the entire process. I’m usually quite nervous about needles, but she made me feel completely at ease. She was gentle, thoughtful, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her attention to detail and reassuring presence truly turned what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one. I highly recommend MedLabs Diagnostics, for anyone looking for professional and compassionate care.

Very professional staff and very well trained. They can do phlebotomy on children which is very hard to find in London. As a B2B lab they are very serious and always on time with their results. Definitely recommend them!
