This company stole my money. I live in USA. They took over one month to send me the stone, which I never received. I payed 600 then 400 to UPS. I never received it and I have been emailing them daily and they never reply unless I send many emails to which they reply the same thing for the last three weeks almost. I have been on the phone with UPS several times for hours the international department who are also unhelpful and on tracking says I wasn’t reached when I have called them over 50 times. However they told me the shipper in India has not contacted them once. Yet gempundit keeps telling me they are looking into it for three weeks now! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!

I ordered a white sapphire made in silver in 4.51 carats , I was ok with everything of what they said , they did push me for the delivery and making the remaining purchase and I kept telling them being an astrologer that the time period isn’t right for me to have the ring now.
Also I was told I can make the remaining purchase only after receiving the product.
Anyways I requested them to send me the package via fedx express because even if shipping is little expensive I am the one who will be paying it so I was ok instead of sending through a courier service which would charge customs . My fear turned into reality the ring overall cost me 718 dollars Cad and then now customs from New Delhi asking me 173 cad . When I enquired about getting the stone made local it would have been only 400 cad but here now I am having to pay more than double the amount. They weren’t flexible with understanding my fear of shipping. I am hoping their stones are legit and also that the Pran prathistha service they said they did do they have done it as I wouldn’t know .
I was thinking to even order yellow sapphire made in gold by them, but now I am backing out from that thought because of this experience.

Lack of transparency is there and I will not change this review until there is any kind of compensation.

I ordered three stones (Pearl, Yellow Sapphire, Emerald) from Gempandit.com — Order ID 100168373.
Their astrologer later said Emerald shouldn’t be worn with Pearl, so I requested a return the next day. The return was approved (₹1000 deduction agreed), but 17 days later, pickup still not done.

Customer support ignores calls or gives excuses like “delivery partner has no time.”
Very unprofessional and disappointing experience — once payment is done, they stop caring. Not recommended until they fix their after-sales service.

I highly recommend Gem Pundit for their high quality gemstones, and for their jewelry-making service. In particular, Ms.Ritu Stivastava, who has worked with me several times now. My communication with Ms. Srivastava is always by internet as I live in a foreign country. I have come to trust and appreciate her expertise thoroughly. I had a very positive experience purchasing two rings (Emerald and Neelam) from GemPundit while based in the USA. Both stones were of exceptional quality with excellent finishing. Unfortunately, during transit, one of the stones was damaged, which was quite disheartening. However, the company promptly handled the situation with great professionalism, transparency, and efficiency.

They replaced the damaged stone with another of the same high quality and also took care of the customs and import duty processes, which was incredibly helpful for me.

A special mention goes to Ritish Garg, my point of contact at the company, who was consistently available, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. While receiving the damaged stone was disappointing, the way Ritish and the company managed the situation left a very positive impression on me.

Need more transparency to the Customer. Founder Nitin Yadav should take more care to the customer satisfaction. I trusted as there is no other option.

I’ve been a loyal customer of GemPundit for quite some time, having previously ordered a blue sapphire and an emerald from them. This time, I purchased a stunning white sapphire, and once again, my experience was exceptional. The salesperson, Himanshi Verma, was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth delivery process. I received regular updates via email, and Himanshi personally kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of the ring is outstanding, showcasing the gem’s brilliance and the craftsmanship I’ve come to expect from GemPundit. Overall, it was a seamless and delightful experience, and I highly recommend GemPundit for their excellent service and top-notch products

The sales executive by the name of Aniket Garg was very helpful and courteous. Unfortunately I could not purchase due to some reason, but the follow up and support given was superb. Will certainly buy from here next time.

Ring is hammered to fit a size 22 instead of custom made. It fits awful and after reading the reviews here I am in half a mind to get the stone and the silver checked for quality. Who knows? It might turn out fake. Not much loss for me thankfully as it is only 5700. I wanted to buy their emeralds but after reading their reviews, a local jeweller might be better!

The customer executive Snehil was super helpful and amazing. He guided me throughout the entire process and I am happy about my purchase. First time customer here and I will return again.

Communication with them is horrible! They send you emails that don’t make any sense and the follow up is beyond bad. Go somewhere else!

My buying experience with Gempundit was unpleasant. Ceylon Blue Sapphire stone, I believe was fake, and their shipping service to Canada was also fraudulent type, and I had to end up with lots of Canadian dollars ($60.48+$90.64=$151.12). Never buy from Gempundit. Order#100139419.
