Genie Splashbacks Avis 

I doubt if this review will be published on the site. I have ordered this material from other companies for different projects in the past but arrived damaged and took several replacements to correct it. So I have researched several companies to supply 3 shower panels and went with Genie Splashbacks with their above average feedback on Trust Pilot, unfortunately it has been the poorest customer service i have received in a long time. I ordered through the website for 4 samples these took over 14 days to be shipped, if i had not contacted them i would have not received them! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and then placed my order 30 Jan 2018 at no stage have i received any confirmation emails. I waited a week and then got in contact for delivery dates, the date i was given was Thursday the 15th Jan, so on Wednesday i rang to confirm the delivery, the reply "no mate they are being Quality Checked tomorrow, so we wont ship them over the weekend due to damage in weekend storage etc they will be shipped Monday and arrive with you on Tuesday 20th". I have taken the day off work to await the delivery. I rang Genie Splashbacks at 13:45hrs today Tuesday 20th and spoke to the owner, to be told, not out for shipment till tomorrow! I have spoken several times to members of this Company and there seems to be no continuity, no emails no phone calls. The owner as assured emails are automatic, i have checked my junk box every other day since the order was being processed, i have received about four reminders from TRUSTPILOT to review them! The order will be with me Wednesday 21st i have be told, so another day off work to wait delivery, i just hope they are not damaged. I have received three verbal apologies on the three occasions i have contacted them, not once have they contacted me.
I am a Co Owner of a firm myself and i am so appreciative that the team i have, work above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Delivery dates where verbally given over the phone, why where they not met? Dates and verbal communication are the grievance not emails as you assume. unfortunate the delivery date was not met and communication between your manufacturing and dispatch department very misaligned. Ordered sample twice for colour match and both samples arrived promptly. Impressed with this service from Genie and will be ordering the splashbacks from them in due course. I would recommend this company.

A great company to deal with. Our splashback was excellent quality with neat and regular bevelled edges. I accidentally dropped a metal drill corer on it whilst preparing to drill a hole, and feared the worst... it didn't even scratch it! Also really responsive and helpful customer service.

I’ve delayed my review because I’ve been waiting for the splashback to be put up in my mum’s kitchen but for numerous reasons there’s been a delay in that - so i’m sorry there’s no photo of it up and in place!
But I just want to emphasise how lovely and friendly this company is. I bought a splashback with the northern lights image on for my mum as a Christmas present. I had so many questions and little knowledge on what and how this all works but Colin and his colleagues answered all of my queries immediately. They replied in the nicest manner and never made me feel like I was asking anything stupid. Service was so quick and they kept me updated with every part of the process. The price was really good and the quality is AMAZING (hence why I wanted to wait for a photo!). My mum cried when she opened it as it’s so beautifully done - she’s just been to the northern lights and has wanted a splashback in her kitchen for years, she could just never make a decision on what to have! Honestly I can not recommend or thank Genie splashbacks enough. Thank you so much for providing me with such great service and honestly being so nice the whole way through. I cannot wait to have it up and see it in their kitchen and will try and upload a photo somewhere on your social media to show you what it looks like if I can. I will make sure anyone who asks knows the service I got from you guys and emphasise to go with you in the future. Thank you!

Quality of splash back is excellent.

If you are looking for great customer service and a quality product at a the best price out there look no further you've found them.

I did A LOT of searching around looking at various companies to handle my custom image splashback for the entire L of my kitchen, eventually I settled on Genie and boy was I very glad I did. The customer care was fantastic, supported me through the whole process with good, open and quick communication and even made suggestions and provided considerations I hadn't thought of.

Production and delivery was quick and I was updated on progress every step of the way managing to get my splashback to me before Christmas.

The packaging for the glass splashbacks was the same as for the perspex absolutely amazing, it effectively comes in flat wooden crates, with cardboard, foam and bubble wrap protecting it, they clearly take pride in their work and want to protect their products, you won't have any breakages with these guys.

The glass is 6mm thick toughened glass which is absolutely superb you can see the quality and the glass look perspex for our living room had a bevelling all round the edge the whole thing just screams, luxury, exuberance and top quality even though Genie are one of the cheapest suppliers out there! The glass is also exceptionally tough I had a bit of difficulty squeezing the largest sheet of glass into the gap due to my walls being lumpy bumpy, despite the abuse and strain it was under (I was sure it was going to crack and/or shatter at one point) it held fast and after lots of scrapping and even a bit of bending eventually it went in with a sigh of relief. I believe the only reason I didn't break it was because of the quality of the product.

The print itself was precise and looks absolutely stunning almost exactly as it looked on the image provided which was quite high a resolution but not the best so Genie did very well to make my splashbacks look amazing.
I cannot recommend Genie enough, I genuinely thought customer service, pride in work and quality produce was dead in this country but I got all those things from Genie which I was absolutely elated with. You want Splashbacks, use Genie trust me you won't be disappointed.

I was anxiously waiting the arrival of my splashback as I had had a problem with another local supplier for the same item. Really poor quality!
The ordering service with Genie Splashback had been excellent. The preview had been spot on too. The courier turned up with a huge trailer to deliver to my small culdesac and left with the goods was I disappointed. It was arranged for the following day and my contractor fitted it straight away.
My Flying Barn Owl Splashback looks fantastic. It’s stunning! I’m so thrilled. Excellent service! Would fully recommend Genie Splashbacks.

Quick delivery. Ordered the Prague sunset and could not be happier with it. Looks better than I imagined. Had a small problem with the payment but this was quickly rectified with one quick phone call. Would not hesitate to use Genie again and would 100% recommend them.

I just ordered samples for the acrylic splashbacks, they arrived within days and where exactly what I was expecting.

Good looking product but took to long for samples to arrive.

I asked for some info on splash backs for a job i was doing for my customer was asked vor colours ect i had samples sent out very quickly great customer service i then went on to order some splash backs for my job i was on and couldnt of been happier have to say massive thanks to colin as he was a massive help top guy i will not be using any other supplier from now on thank you again

So far been really happy but not seen the finished product yet, s plashbacks being delivered later this month. What I can say is the guy Colin was very pleasant and professional and a good price which is a bonus

What an excellent company! From the initial phone call to place our colour matched order, to supplying the most amazing panels. Sent securely and easy to fit, they really set off our new kitchen beautifully. If you’re considering acrylic Splashbacks, definitely use this company. We requested 2 sample colours, which were dispatched promptly, alongside a complimentary 3rd sample in a shade close to those we had ordered.
Will definitely use this Genie for our final order.
