Liked the samples sent but for our purposes the intended use would have made the scheme cost prohibitive

Samples arrived promptly, nice colour and quality.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wanted to order some splashbacks and got the most unhelpful member of staff ever. Purchased from another supplier who were only to pleased to give me the help I needed and at half the price too!

Only ordered samples so far but they were very well presented.

Samples sent out very quickly and packaged well. Yet to make a decision but getting there.

The products are more expensive than others we saw however the quality of them makes that worthwhile. I have seen some comments on delivery time but for us, it was acceptable at just over two weeks which I though was OK given they are manufacturing them. Would definitely recommend.

These were excellent. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, Julie did her best to rush through an order to hit my deadline and was also very helpful when something went wrong. I would totally recommend them.

I can see from the other reviews that this is pretty unusual, (though not completely so), but my experience of the service has been awful. I placed an order, and they took payment nearly 6 weeks ago. Not a complex order, 4 sheets of splash back, with 5 cutouts. Apart from the invoice, I have had to initiate all communication. I have still not received the products, nor am I any clearer on when they might arrive. I was initially told 20 working days, then a further 10 days. I have complained, and received nothing in response. I am considering cancelling the order.
I have now received my splash backs and updating this review to reflect the products, which are excellent, good quality, fit perfectly, and are exactly to my specifications. Also very carefully packaged. So no complaints in this area.
On balance, the main issues were the long wait, the lack of proactive communication with me and the absence until 2 days before delivery of any idea when the product would be delivered. But when they came they were fine.

If the items ordered are made to measure the lead time is up to four weeks however the splashbacks and upstands arrived in under three weeks. Marked down one star as this was not really prominently displayed on the website until the order had been placed.

The items were exactly as ordered, the cutouts for sockets were perfectly sized (thanks to the phoned confirmation from a very helpful salesperson) and the quality very good.
We ordered the acrylic 5mm premium hard coated gloss finish and are delighted with the product.

I ordered a splash back with bespoke image..Lovely product..decent price..extremely well wrapped for delivery..safety wise..easy to get hold of company over the phone. So very happy. A little issue with not really understanding quite what was expected re photo quality. And no details for tracking parcel. No prob for me but may be for some. But I'd defo recommend this company and use them again.

Absolutely fabulous! A little long in getting it, but well worth the wait. Vivid and bright, looked just as I expected. Very happy.

Easy to order samples, but ordering actual splashbacks very difficult!!

A perfect finish! Easy to use website, the templates made measuring easy, the packaging was excellent! so very pleased with my splash backs and would recommend this company.
