I ordered this particular Gerber Truss multi tool & wallet gift tin as a gift. It hasn’t been used as yet, but as a Gerber multi tool owner myself I have no doubt that it’ll be more than up to the job.
It was very well packaged and arrived before I was expecting it, so no complaints on the delivery.

It is NOT made clear upon ordering that proof of age is required BEFORE the order is processed. A link was sent to my email WHICH DID NOT WORK, possibly because I was ordering from Spain. The whole process was very stressful. When I raised the issue with customer services I was referred to T's & C's! Who reads T's & C's when placing an order to see if it is possible to place an order? Put a box in the order process to attach proof of age - simples!

Purchasing the knife was extremely easy, the store contained all the details I need to select what I wanted and what would be best suited to me. As this was a first knife for me outside of borrowing family knives on camping trips/everyday use, I'm extremely happy with my choice. I'm fairly petite so the knife does look a bit large in my hands but it's got a solidly designed handle to avoid slipping and the blade is perfect!

I wanted something small and compact to open boxes and this folding knife is brilliant. It clips onto your pocket or stitches to your key chain.

Read reviews of the dime and they sounded very positive. Gerber store were selling for a good price, it was delivered very quickly and the dime has lived up to expectations.

The warranty service was amazing. I have over ten plus Gerber tools and my 9 year old also has a dime. My multi tool broke a blade and I was able to prove purchase a new one was sent out to me. Amazingly easy and actually just fantastic customer service.

Hmm, I know this is reasonably priced, but it’s flimsy and as badly finished as anything else you’d get for this kind of money. I suppose you get what you pay for, but always found Gerber to be better than the rest on build quality.
