Great product delivered very promptly. I had a slight issue with the Leather Sheath Pop Closure.
Having emailed their customer support I received an extremely quick response and a new leather sheath was posted immediately, no questions asked.
First Class service with an extremely good product, I can’t recommend these guys enough, absolutely superb.

Great for the money…
Great deal with the free sharpening stone. Quality for the price. Knife had two scuffs and a hairline crack in handle but has great action. Was expecting the worst after watching YouTube reviews. However my knife is solid even with the minor faults

After being conned into buying one from facebook and then watching a couple of videos on these on you tube, i realised it was a fake. I went onto Gerbers site to purchase one.
Ive got to admit they are good fakes, the green one is the fake.

Small but Practical
I was after a new multi tool and I thought I would give Gerber a try. Fantastic service from start and the quality of the Gerber Dime Multi Tool is top notch. Thank you Gerber keep up the great work, will definitely be buying again.

Great but a bit disappointed
Great and easy website but a bit disappointed in the quality of the knife I bought. The belt attachment was starting to fray and the buttons lost their colouring after a few days of use. In addition one of the buttons has been pulled of and broken after light use which was a bit annoying and made the knife difficult to carry.

No complaints with the Gerber Store
No complaints with the Gerber Store, but the multi tool (MP400) I bought is just... well.... not a Leatherman. A real disappointment and wish I'd returned it for a refund.

Great looking knife, the functionality of it could be improved by way of the blade locking mechanism, with little tension when using, the blade detached from the knife.
