Purchase and delivery was all fine but this product is not of the Gerber standard I’m used to. The handle is cheaply made and the locking mechanism temperamental. I can’t see it lasting long in the field. I suppose you get what you pay for, which at £20, isn’t much. Come on Gerber! You’re better than this 😂

I have been using a Gerber multitool for well over 25 years. I won’t use anything else. It has to be the blunt nosed ones. I absolutely love them. I have lost two and replaced them. I just can’t do without it, it is like another arm to me. I am a Gamekeeper and use it every day. There are so many gadgets on it i use. It is a brilliant piece of kit.

On two occasions I have broken them, snapped the saw and a plate became detached but I do use it every day so it might be fair wear and tear but Gerber replaced them after i enquired about having it fixed!

Their Customer Service is excellent. Cannot fault them. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Bought a CrossRiver combo salt knife direct from Gerber site. The transaction was fine and the knife arrived on time. The knife itself is good but the plastic sheath broke on the first outing. It is clearly not fit for purpose. I sent a message to Gerber explaining what had happened but have had no response- not even an acknowledgment. Poor service Gerber. I expected more.

Sick tool does everything I need around a campfire

Used Gerber knives for years, and bought a Zilch for my wife when her 'el-cheapo' pocket knife (she uses it for cutting carrots and other things for the horses) nearly cut her hand.

Great pocket knife, well designed, ultra sharp with useful sheath

Was searching for a leatherman Wave wave+ belt pouch that fitted with side ways option and room for olight torch and wave tools, this is perfect and really well priced.

Exactly what I wanted as a replacement for my lost Gerber multifoil and came with a handy separate pocket knife good value, only one thing against it I had to buy a case for the item, but otherwise very happy with purchase.

Although originally the requested item was found to be out of stock and could not be delivered for Christmas, supply was renewed in the New Year and the Company provided it in double quick time.

4th Gerber multitool I’ve bought. This one was a gift. Pleased with the service provided including engraving.
I’ve had to use the lifetime warranty previously and pleased to say there was no problems with it. I am currently using the center drive. I work in the heating and plumbing trade so use this tool for work. I’m happy to say it’s not just a gimmick but has a real practical application
