I originally went into the Cardiff store looking for a repair. Jordan advised me that the repair would probably not be the best option as to purchase a new similar phone with an upgraded spec would not cost a lot more than a repair. We agreed the contract. The day after I realised that because I intended to use the phone for an extended period in Spain the Vodaphone contract was not the best one for me so I returned to the shop. Even though this was my error and technically I had already signed a contract with Vodaphone Jordan managed the cancellation process with them and arranged for a more suitable contract with an alternative service provider. Great service all round.

Bobby was really helpful and made the process of transferring everything over to new phone easy.

We had been undecided as to whether to change our phones and Jordan in Whitchurch store was very helpful and not at all pushy . In the event a day later my husband lost his phone so we had to get a new one for him at least. Jordan advised us as to what to do about lost phone and somehow managed to retrieve most of its content. Although I'm OK with technology this was way beyond my capabilities. I was very happy with Jordans work and patience.

Thanks for a swift and clear sale by Llewellyn, of a suitable Vodaphone package to get down my monthly bill that had crept up too much over recent months with O2.

David is so very helpful and very patient, I live in south staffs but prefer to deal with David in Portmadog because he speaks clearly and I can understand him and he also very importantly gets me the best deals. It's also good to know you who you are dealing with and David is a pleasure to do business with.
