Lost item, quickly resolved, great customer service.

I ordered a CurrentBody LED Light Therapy Mask from here as a present for mums 60th birthday.

After watching the tracking with royal mail, I soon realised after being stuck in London for 7 days, that it's likely to have been lost in transit.

I reached out using their WhatsApp service and expressed my concerns and explained I will need the item in the next 4 days for my mums birthday, they reached out to royal mail and as suspected, it had be lost.

Sophie quickly reorder a replacement item and sent it via royal mails tracked 24hour service and thankfully, it reached me the day before my mums birthday.

I can't thank Sophie enough. Very satisfied for the speed in which the customer service team responded, the excellent communication they provided and fixing the issue ASAP.

Thanks again, I hope my mum loves it!

I have mixed feelings about Get Harley

I have mixed feelings about Get Harley

Yes they get the products to you quickly, however, the company they use to deliver their products is where I have an issue.

I ordered over £700 worth of products and Evri then did not deliver them to my door but instead left them under a set of staircase. I complained to the dermatologist I used because I couldn’t believe they would use a delivery service that could leave such expensive products under a set of stairs.

Although they offer a good and seamless service, in the two years I have been using Get Hartley they have never had any sells and I have now started using other authorised Obagi sellers to buy products but still use Get Hartley for prescription only products.

I am pleased to hear that you have found our service quick and seamless, however, I am very sorry to learn about your previous delivery experience. I have looked into your account and can see that for your order from the 14th March 2025, we were using Evri as our courier partner at that time. I can also see that your practitioner had raised your concerns with us following the delivery.

I completely understand how concerning this would have been, particularly given the value of the products inside. This is not the standard of experience we want any patient to have. Please be assured that we listened carefully to feedback such as yours, and we have since moved back to using Royal Mail for all UK non-prescription GetHarley orders.

I can also see that you recently placed a new order through your Personalised Skincare Plan, and I am pleased to confirm this was delivered on the 15th April 2026 via Royal Mail.

Steer clear

I cannot believe the lack of customer service. It’s a disgrace. I’ve reported to ombudsman, police and consumer services. Their products are faulty and I wouldn’t recommend anyone investing in their products. I’ve also reported the company who administered and prescribed get Harley. As a result of their products, they have ruined my skin. Beware,

Thank you for your feedback. We take patient concerns very seriously and would like to clarify a few important points.

On the occasions you contacted us regarding your products, the items returned to us were carefully inspected by our team and found to be empty and functioning correctly, with no indication of a manufacturing fault. Following your earlier reports, two replacement products were issued as gestures of goodwill. After the returned items were assessed and no fault was identified, we explained that we were unable to provide a third replacement.

We would also like to clarify that during your previous correspondence with our team, no concerns were raised regarding the product negatively affecting your skin. All GetHarley patients are supported by a dedicated Skincare Concierge, and we are always happy to liaise directly with your practitioner should any adjustments to a routine be required. Our team also sends regular skin check in messages to ensure patients have the opportunity to raise any concerns or changes in their skin.

Lastly, we would like to note that your account had previously been closed at your request last year, which was actioned at the time. We were subsequently contacted by you again in March 2026 regarding this product, at which point the matter was reviewed again by our team.

If you would like us to look into this further, please contact your practitioner directly, as recommended in recent communications, so we can review any further concerns in-depth.

Delivery is quick

Delivery is quick, customer service is great, you can get all the products (including prescription) that your doctor has put in your routine in one place, and the packaging makes it feel like a premium experience. As someone with sensitive skin, I’ve always had trouble finding a routine that didn’t cause irritation, but all the products are great!

Had a paid consultation and as…

Had a paid consultation and as recommended started a (very expensive) skin care routine. Via regular ‘check in’s’ on WhatsApp I mentioned that I didn’t think the routine was working that well - instead of tailoring it considering I am buying all products directly from them they wanted to charge me an additional appointment fee to get further feedback which seems counterintuitive to the initial consultation and getting the “right skincare for me” - profit making is their only goal.

Do not purchase a gift card

I like my products but do not purchase a gift card from them. Happened on two occasions now where I purchase a gift card and I do not receive email confirmation nor does the recipient receive their gift card. I have spoken via WhatsApp but it’s a chat bot that didn’t help. Then tried to email to discover this is also a chat bot.

Will not buy gift cards in the future and most likely will purchase my skincare elsewhere as it is so difficult to talk to a human at this company.
