Order was delivered promptly. Wrapping had a tear in it but hoody does not seem to be affected. Perhaps an inner layer would be helpful. Looks OK sizewise but hasn't Ben tried on yet.

Great quality item, but 5 stars to customer service. I'd ordered the wrong size but it was already labelled dispatched. I contacted team same day to advise I'd re ordered another T and could they advise return and refund process. Customer service replied straight back to say actually the first order was packed but hadn't left yet, so was cancelled and refunded on the spot with no further action from me. Excellent customer service, 👌 many thanks and the shirt is awesome!

There was a good choice
There was a good choice, really hoped for dark blue and only black was available in my 'lawn enforcement officer' choice but it will still be a fun birthday present. Delivery was quick.

Hi Chris. We replied to your email on 15th November at 19.53 and also resent the order confirmation at the same time. You did order a size XL (email confirmation stated that) and in our email we gave instructions on how to return the incorrectly ordered tee for us to issue a replacement. The email was sent to your Outlook.com address. Please check your junk mail folder as it may have been caught there.
Great service
Ordered wrong size and had misplaced receipt. Contacted company and it was no trouble to obtain information and get replacement tee-shirt in correct size, all within a short period of time.
