Gifts-To-india Avis 

Firstly, I think there should be something lesser than a “Star” to indicate dissatisfaction as in my case like several others here, it was a very bad experience. This was the very first time that I used gifts-to-India or god knows to whom/where website for my first wedding anniversary. Not only the order was delayed for two days with a delay message on the date of delivery which put me in a helpless state to arrange for a last minute alternative but also the flowers delivered were all withered, gloomy like their service and handed over in a plastic cover like some vegetable with all the flowers wrapped up in a paper. Throughout my conversations with the customer care, what I understood is that they have no idea what they are doing and no care for the emotions of their customers especially when they are running a so called gifts-to-India service. No refunds and the answers are not to your questions but to justify that the pictures in their website and actual product differs sometimes. Which is of course understandable but don’t be so blind to see the actual problem. Ridiculous website!!

I am sending gifts since many years. It has happened 3 to 4 times. They put the status as delivered. When you go back to them with complaint instead of saying sorry they say ok if you give permission shall we do it today?…. Man… you missed the occasion delivery… I am done with you guys.

, thankyou for your kind gesture of sending My above order, yesterday, however can you please advise what is this ? Can you tell me how do you eat such items that has been infested by mold. I need investigation on this...as you can probably check my account I have used your services over sometime and this order was a problem from the beginning. As you can see the order was placed on 30th October 2021, however the delivery should have been made before diwali , it''s 11th November now and only now its delivered and that I was holding frequent conversation with your GTI consultants. And that too in such a bad state.... I need investigation of why this has happened. And want full refund made to me as soon as possible. I look forward for an answer to reassure further orders to be placed.

This is to inform you that as per the blue dart courier service recipient was not available at the given address from 27th Oct 2021 to 10th Nov 2021. That is why the parcel took time to get delivered. However customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, kindly share us with the delivered product''s image so that we can check and consult with our product team and can give you a proper resolution. Awaiting your reply.

Hi ,thankyou for your email,  I have sent you pics of items on email can you check your email....now regarding this order I made several contacts with your online consultants..I even suggested cancellation,  however there was nothing being resolved from gti staff...but you should know that if its delayed are the food products going to be consumable.
Now you confirmed in writing above that delivery was arranged from.. 27th Oct....but only then delivered on 10th November, now can you explain will the items packed since then be OK to eat....please check your emails for the pics ...

Terrible Service! Do not use this site to send gifts.
It's been a nightmare trying to track the gifts I sent. There is zero customer service. COVID is an excuse for non-delivery. Directions to send personalized gifts are confusing. BAD experience.

Gifts-to-India team can access copies of my chat on WhatsApp and multiple tickets I submitted for help to figure the extent of your poor service if you are not aware of it already.

I ordered and my gift was not delivered. Requested for refund but getting only recorded email back. Even in Facebook the messages are just copied and pasted.
Please don't order from these people. They blame covid but all over Maharashtra even malls are open.

Delivered product was not the one, as the placed order. Was below standard. Feeling ashamed of sending a surprise gift like this.

My order was never delivered. When I emailed them with the order number they said they never received such an order even though their site clearly generated one. I had saved a screenshot of it so I have proof. I'll have to call my credit card now and see if I can get my money back.

Indian currency is very poor

Must admit that you guys have a very flawless delivery service and product quality is unbeatable. Keep up the good work.

Worst experience. Item is not delivered. how come these websites are active. Its totally fraud and no response. Phone number response is swithed off and no update from customer service.

Totally scammer never believe such websites

Incorrect order delivered. The order was placed for 1kg oreo cake and 24 pink roses. However I received half-kg vanilla cake and red roses. Also the order was delivered the night before at 11 30pm from the scheduled delivery date of 8th May and day time.
This is completely unacceptable. Fraudsters/cheaters. Paid ₹2000 and got cake worth ₹300.

They are scammers. Please don't waste money by order from them. I didn't know why still they can walk freely on the road more over continue cheating people. No one can control them in India ? Really a miracle of having such people happily living with us.

Its a fraud website..they took the money and did not deliver the product..even the number given on websute is switched of...dont ever order from this website...

Don’t order from this side . It’s totally scam I ordered a mango cheesecake five star rating
But I got few day old dry Mango color cake without mango flavor and very ordinar decoration on top of the cake. What I had ordered online and What they received there totally different cakes

This website is a scam and money minting business. I ordered the branded products and instead they delivered the substitutes without notifying me or the receiver first. The free gift was not even delivered and it was the festive day Bhaiya Dooj. Be aware of such businesses who show the pictures with branded products and deliver non-branded products. I rarely leave negative feedback but I feel this website needs reporting so that no one can be conned by them.
