I’ve waited 7 days, my order hasn’t arrived yet, I’ve had no dispatch confirmation. It’s not the end of the world but not great asking for feedback when you’ve not even shipped an item yet!

Update: My order has arrived, 9 days to dispatch without any communication is pretty poor but the item and price are spot on

Product was at a very competitive price. Delivery was a bit slow and one of the packages arrived with a minor tear (not a big deal)

Poor communication, after sending wrong order 0 response. Before I got delivery they inform me that they send me different thing according to them more expensive (which was not) and ask me if I want to keep it :)
After that review a mirakle had happen, and in 4 days I was able to sort the wrong order. Poor communication turn into proper communication and everything was sorted. Overall it was good experience, which took some time unfortunately; But I am happy that I have got my boxes.

Delivery still hasn't arrived a week after ordering, even though should have arrived after 48 hours. Ignored my attempts to contact them. I will not be buying from them again after this experience.

Edit: they've now got in touch after this review was published, telling me that the item cannot be found in their warehouse. Shame that it took a bad review to respond.
