Received the wrong box of paints
Received the wrong box of paints. Completely different colours and subsequently had to pay more money for more paints. I would recommend buying in store rather than being nonchalantly given the wrong product.

Hello, sorry to see this. Our dispatching was slower than usual due to summer vacations.
Buyer Ordered on the 16th
Item was shipping on the 19th, but buyer cancelled. We removed it from the dispatch pile.
Refund issued on the 21st (our offices are closed over the weekend)
Credit/Debit card refunds take 2-5 working days.

Hard to find items at a great price
Items ordered were out of stock everywhere and these guys were a saviour. Paid for delivery to come by Saturday and they arrived on the Thursday - would highly recommend.

Good prices... on the paper if you're not in UK
I'm a returning customer, never an issue, good prices and good service.
Not this last time though, card pay system was not allowing my card even if it worked before. I had to go via PayPal with extra fees like 9 € and cherry on the top of the cake 33 € of import taxes... This is beginning to by costly...

Our card payment system has 3D secure activated, apologies if your card does not work with the system.
Paypal fees and taxes are out of our control. Please note that all orders leaving the UK have UK sales tax removed. VAT is 20% this reduction usually covers most if not all the import duties.

Getting it right
Had my recent order arrive, and they'd sent the wrong thing out (boo) but once I'd contacted them, within 3 working days, they'd sent the correct item out and it was in my eager hands
You can judge a good Company by how quickly they put mistakes right, will definitely use them again

Great prices!
Great prices all arrived fine! But they had included 2 free cards which was really cool but 1 was bent, unfortunate but no complaints really!

Items were poorly packaged
Items arrived on time. Parcel was poorly packed - it looks like all the items were just thrown into the parcel. Soft / smalller items were on the bottom, and became squashed due to weight of items on top. No parcel filler was used, so items were loose inside.
