I had a very positive experience with Devon. I was kept well informed about his expected arrival time, which I really appreciated. He was very respectful, friendly and professional throughout the visit.
He fixed the kitchen light very quickly and efficiently, and made sure everything was left clean, tidy and working perfectly before he left.

Gilmartins are crap the worst company…
Gilmartins are crap the worst company ever!! I had no front door lock for nearly a year! Finally they sent Ryan after I contacted the ombudsman and thank god for Ryan he was quick and efficient fixed my front door in a couple of hours they should have sent him in the first place! So basically unless your contractor is Ryan then you have no hope! Office staff are rude and inefficient unprofessional I don’t no how the business is still operating!! So 5 stars for Ryan! 0stars for Gilmartins

Awful
Awful, absolutely awful company. The fact they’ve got an MOD contract is very worrying indeed. They don’t answer their phones and they waste more of your time by sending out countless engineers over weeks and months and not carrying out any work whatsoever. Pure clowns.

Fire alarm constantly going off.
The fire alarm in mum's house was constantly going off. An engineer came out and fixed it. I think his name was Devontae, thank you for kindly fixing the issue and being so understanding about how the noise was stressing my elderly mum out.

Really impressed
Really impressed at Gilmartins who repaired a chip in my today today, Mohammed texted before arrival with ETA and was punctual. Diagnosed problem and offered resolution went for parts and promptly completed the job with great finish. Cleaned up everywhere and clearly explained how long to leave to set repair. Mohammed was extremely polite and professional and I’m very pleased to finally resolve problem.

100+ Days Later and Still a Joke
Apart from taking over 100 days to fix a small bathroom I can’t believe they actually have some genuine engineers that actually are trying to help and correct the issues, all staff on the help desk are useless they don’t know how to manage simple tasks. If this would have been sorted out straight away I wouldn’t have had a bad thing to say. I believe anyone can work for this company you don’t even need to be qualified I had a journalist doing a bathroom repair that’s the same as pastry chef performing openheart surgery make it make sense. Countless people from Gilmartins just turning up to my house not having a Scooby Doo. Apart from two people that came David. Z that fitted the floor he’s like a Spanish geeza and Daniel that fitted my shower tray and shower glass if not for these two people I still wouldn’t have a shower. The other Daniel still to this day is looking for his tape measure. Wouldn’t these two people this company is a joke they don’t take nothing serious a lot of empty promises hella phone calls from people who don’t know how to do their jobs, they did have a younger girl that was on call she was the only helpful one but the older ones need to reevaluate on why they come into work if you don’t like your job stay at home.
If I could take of this one star i would , furthermore they haven’t even finished they still need to repair my door as they thought it was a good idea to cut a dodgy line it was like he was blind folded
