100+ Days Later and Still a Joke
Apart from taking over 100 days to fix a small bathroom I can’t believe they actually have some genuine engineers that actually are trying to help and correct the issues, all staff on the help desk are useless they don’t know how to manage simple tasks. If this would have been sorted out straight away I wouldn’t have had a bad thing to say. I believe anyone can work for this company you don’t even need to be qualified I had a journalist doing a bathroom repair that’s the same as pastry chef performing openheart surgery make it make sense. Countless people from Gilmartins just turning up to my house not having a Scooby Doo. Apart from two people that came David. Z that fitted the floor he’s like a Spanish geeza and Daniel that fitted my shower tray and shower glass if not for these two people I still wouldn’t have a shower. The other Daniel still to this day is looking for his tape measure. Wouldn’t these two people this company is a joke they don’t take nothing serious a lot of empty promises hella phone calls from people who don’t know how to do their jobs, they did have a younger girl that was on call she was the only helpful one but the older ones need to reevaluate on why they come into work if you don’t like your job stay at home.
If I could take of this one star i would , furthermore they haven’t even finished they still need to repair my door as they thought it was a good idea to cut a dodgy line it was like he was blind folded

My shower mixer fixed!
My shower mixer bar broke, and only boiling water was coming out. Gilmartins sent Mohamed to handle the emergency repair. He explained the issue, bought a new shower bar, fitted it, and checked all the water connections & valves, as well as the toilet tank in my bathroom—it turns out the toilet was overfilling. Mohamed completed his work with care and dedication. Thank you, Mohamed! My family can now enjoy a safe shower.

Sefe It all works. An incredible job on replacing bathroom fan, bathroom light, that is failing and kitchen light, that has seen its last. I am really impressed with the work and clearing all waste. You have a great employe.

Jay came today to rectify the damage…
Jay came today to rectify the damage another workman had done the day before in my bathroom.
He was polite and told me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it.
He didn’t just leave when the job was completed
He checked and double checked that all was good in the bathroom and demonstrated this to me before he left.
I found Jay to be be very professional and would highly recommended
