Gkloot.com Avis

I’ve always had a positive interaction with GKLoot. Gray, Rain and the rest of their team are very responsive and communicative. Statues have always came in pristine condition with good packaging. Pricing is very good too. 100% recommend!

Great selection of products.
Courteous and accommodating customer service.
Easy to get in contact with for any questions or issues.

I've had a fantastic experience purchasing from GKLoot. As a collector of high-quality anime figures and resin statues, I was initially cautious about ordering from a newer site—but GKLoot exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is responsive and knowledgeable, and they were quick to answer my questions about availability and shipping. My figure arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition, with shipping that was both fast and reasonably priced.
What really stood out was their willingness to help source rare items and their consistent communication throughout the process. It’s clear they care about the collector community and go the extra mile to ensure a smooth buying experience.
If you're into anime figures or garage kits and want a trustworthy seller with great service, GKLoot is definitely worth checking out

This is the best store for collectibles. They’re always helpful, easy to communicate with, and extremely knowledgeable. They’ve even helped me track down rare statues that are no longer available on the market. I highly recommend them 100%.

A very trustworthy and reliable website for all your statues, figurines, toys collection. The customer service is responsive and shipping is fast and there are many sale events and promotion. After sale service is also reliable as the team will try to help you out as much as they could. Over all, I am very satisfied with their service. Never had to worry about anything.

My go to site for ordering resins. GKL have some of the cheapest prices around, made better with a very great point system give you even more savings.

The people running the site are top tier and extremely accommodating.

Order now you won't regret it.

Gray has always been communicative, helpful, and fast to respond upon inquiry! Have nothing but positive experiences ordering from GKLoot in my recent expansion into GK resin collection. With prices also being often the lowest, it comes as an easy recommendation in the hobby.

GKloot is my go-to shop for anime resins and PVC figures. They've always been very responsive to my inquiries and flexible about cancellations. My last order (a Violet Evergarden resin) arrived from them perfectly with no issues, and I have no reason to doubt the next will as well. High recommend!

They are always very professional and everything is always packaged well. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Response team is active and informative appreciate the feedback and response time! It's my first time pre ordering a statue and they keep inform

Great service from both discord and Gmail Gray and Rain helped me alot and im happy to buy more from gkloot!!

I really love to shop at gkloot. Their customer services are beyond expectation. Also, their after services are fast and awesome as well. They help to replace parts pretty fast and easy. I would love to recommend to shop with them.

good service, they will offer you the best price

At first, the categorization of the domain gave me second thoughts; however, after my thorough research and trusting the gundamit website I have been ordering from for the past years, I decided to order resin statues from gkloot.com. Gray at gkloot provides quick responses (there is a time difference delay but understandable) and affordable shipping. I have been doing business with them since July 2024.

Reliable source for statues & other merch. Communication is excellent & prices are fair. I've made multiple purchases from them with no issues. Definitely recommend.

The absolute best website for ordering resin statues. Their prices are the lowest I've seen compared to other sites, and the customer service is top notch. They will always respond within a reasonable timeframe, and even reach out to you immediately for any important updates regarding your order. Their loyalty program is a nice bonus, and is the cherry-on-top of an otherwise phenomenal service.

Truly the best service out there. Whenever I’ve had a question or issue, they’ve gotten back to me within a a couple days or less, and refunded when a statue was cancelled despite the order being made multiple years ago.

I have ordered multiple bara statues from this site and they have came in excellent condition. You can communicate with them through their emails or through their discord, and it takes less than a day to get a response.
