Gkloot.com Avis

GKLoot is the only shop I purchase Unlicensed statues from. Their customer service is very quick, friendly, and reliable. If you find a statue your a interested but isn't listed on the shop, GKLoot will search for it ar a reasonable price. I will continue to purchase from GKLoot as I enjoy their transparency and discord community.

Gkloot is one of the best place for purchasing anime statues, figurines and many other merchandise. It literally offers the best prices you can find on the market and its customer service is amazingly helpful and responsive. I personally liked the point system as it provides 3% cash back as a premium member which is really good and earns super fast. I would highly recommend gkloot to anyone who is in the market of anime related merchandise.

After several flawless experiences with GKloot, I feel compelled to share just how outstanding this company truly is. If you're a collector of statues and figurines—especially high-end or delicate pieces—you know how nerve-wracking it can be to order online. That’s why I can confidently say: GKloot is the only site I trust with my collectibles.

First and foremost, their customer support is second to none. From the moment you place an order to the moment it arrives. Every time I’ve had a question, whether it was about payment options, estimated delivery times, or product availability, I’ve received friendly, detailed responses within hours, sometimes even minutes. It’s clear that their team genuinely cares about the customer experience, and they’re incredibly knowledgeable about the products they offer.

What really sets GKloot apart is how professional and responsive their support team is. They keep you in the loop with timely updates and tracking information. It’s rare to find that level of service these days, especially in the collectibles space where communication can often be hit-or-miss.

Now let’s talk about packaging, because if you’ve ever received a statue with a chipped base or a broken arm, you’ll understand why this matters so much. GKloot’s packaging is phenomenal. Every box I’ve received has been meticulously secured, layers of padding, protective foam, corner guards, and shrink wrap around the statue box itself. They take every possible step to ensure your item arrives exactly how it left the warehouse: in pristine condition.

There’s a level of care here that you just don’t see from most online retailers. It’s clear that GKloot respects the products they’re shipping and the collectors who buy them. I’ve ordered from various sites before and had my share of disappointments, but not once have I had an issue with a GKloot delivery. And if I ever did (though I doubt it), I feel confident their team would make it right without hesitation.

In a world where online shopping is often impersonal and unreliable, GKloot is a refreshing exception. They’ve earned my loyalty not just because of the quality of their products, but because of the integrity with which they run their business. The peace of mind I get from ordering with them is priceless. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle my statues.

If you’re thinking about placing an order with them, don’t hesitate. You’re in good hands. GKloot is simply the best in the business.

Gkloot easily earns my trust and praise. I have never had an issue ordering with them over the years and my orders always arrive in excellent condition. Their prices are always great and their point system is super neat. Gray always answers any questions or concerns I have. I will definitely be buying from here again. 100% recommend.

I’ve been buying from GKLoot for over a year now and have had an excellent experience all around. Their resin statues are sold at prices lower than most other stores and their shipping prices are good. They have very clear & generous refund policies. Their customer service is dare I say the BEST of any business I’ve purchased from. Any issue that has happened with my account or orders has been efficiently communicated & quickly fixed. Although I’ve only received a few statues so far, I have never had one arrived cracked, broken, or chipped.

a great site to get statues. reasonable prices not only for figures but also for shipping prices. customer service is also very responsive and helpful, definetly recommend to use GKloot.

At first, I was suspicious of GKLoot because I'd never heard of it before; after joining their discord and seeing all of the happy customers I decided to order a figure for myself.
The experience was amazing, any questions I had about shipping was answered quickly and professionally. I also had the option for sea shipping which is the cheapest way to ship a figurine. I had never been able to select this option on other websites, so I was really happy.
I'm for sure going to order many more figurines from here!!

Iscritto al sito perchè conoscevo già Show.Z Store e GunDamit.
