New PC works a treat speedy delivery and found no issues with the build would 100% recommend.

So two months on I've remembered to do a review, the PC, customer service, tech support and delivery are all great with no issues.

The loss of a star comes down to the fact that someone really needs to look at their web page, we ordered the PC using finance we went through all the details and received confirmation that the finance was accepted. The issue was that our order page hadn't changed and still showing the PC in our basket, without any confirmation of purchase.

We decided to leave it and phone them the next day, just before we did in the afternoon we received confirmation of the order via email. The other minor issue was that build status always said at picking even at the point of receiving details that my PC had been sent out to the courier, so some improvements are required on their site.

I have bought numerous PCs from Gladiator PC, always had an amazing service and everyone was very accommodating to my requests. Recently had an issue with my PC where the motherboard on my pc died. I called the customer service and Jonathan was incredibly helpful with different solutions i could try. However none worked and we had to send the PC for repairs. Throughout the Repair Phase, company stayed in contact with me and informed me of everything that was happening. Very happy with the repair service and the overall process.

received the gaming computer promptly and was able to set it up immediately. very impressed, games run smoothly using the computer so thanks very much

This is my second PC from Gladiator. The last one was bought 10 years ago and was still working like the day I got it, just wanted an upgrade. This time round they have been just as good. Got the PC within 2 working weeks, email updates on how the build was going, made custom changes which were accommodated with ease using their online tool. PC came tightly packed both externally and internally. Only gripe I have is that the picture on their website showed a fully RGB build with the received build only having RGB RAM. Be careful when ordering that you select RGB fans and don't assume they're as shown in the picture. If you order without windows licence the pc comes blank and you need to install from usb yourself.

Gladiator PC was recommended to me by friend, who used them a few years ago. Having looked at other suppliers, I felt that Gladiator PC offered the best value for what I wanted. I have been saving for quite a while and wanted a quality gaming PC. I liked how once I had chosen my base spec, you were then taken to a page where you could customise it further. Once ordered, I took delivery about a week and a half later (I would recommend trying to be in, when it is delivered). Everything worked as I wanted and better. It is a fantastic PC, I would definitely recommend Gladiator PC and use them again myself in the future.

There's a lot of choice and options on the Gladiator site and so I reached out to Sales to understand a bit more on the best option for my needs. The team were patient and answered all my questions - delighted with the PC as well.

Perfect customer service and brilliant communication. PC is more than enough. Runs perfectly.

Amazing quality and great experience, for someone who has no idea how pcs work or anything in that field I'm very happy, everything is great I really recommend them, It's not 5 stars because I haven't gotten consistent updates but that's the only small hiccup I've experienced, everything else is amazing

This was my first ever custom built pc and I found that this site had more options for parts compared to other sites I had looked at. I did see the reviews of “they don’t contact you much” but honestly I thought it was great! Once I purchased the pc they confirmed it and said I’ll get an update within the next 10 days and within 2 weeks of purchasing I got the pc and it works great! I’ve not had any issues with it whatsoever these last 2 weeks and I think it’s amazing for my first gaming pc. I definitely recommend!

Dont normally write reviews but had the full amount and paid, got the pc in 2weeks, got emails along the way, (side panel was damaged by what looks like a ring but I understand)

Started the pc for first time and everything perfect other than "coil whining sound" (I did email but nothing was explained properly about it)

But start to finish 5star cant complain about the service from start to finish.

I've been a long time customer of Gladiator and it's predecessor, Aria PC.
I keep coming back for both my personal and business PCs because their pcs have never let me down and have been built to an excellent standard, and I have always been impressed with the customer service.
It has been half a year now since I bought my £3k monster rig, and no game has been able to even make it sweat on ultra on 1440p 120hz.
The only thing I regret is not buying more RAM, but who could know AI would screw over the consumer market this much.
I've also advised a graphic designer friend to purchase a new pc now (now £2k also from gladiator) before prices become completely screwed, and I advise anyone else looking for a new PC to do it now because they are not coming back down for at least 3-5 years, probably more.

i bought a PC from them back in May 2025 and there was a few issues. One was where i got an email to say did i want to change anything before the build, i said yes i want a more robust Motherboard, so i paid the extra, when the PC turned up and it wasn't cheap, the motherboard hadn't been updated. They also put the three side fans in as standard flow instead of reverse, so i have a expensive Phanteks glass case looking at the back of the fans with wiring exposed, i just recently updated the motherboard myself and found the cable ties had been done up so tight they had cut through the insulation on the wiring, i just went to log in to my account and i appears to have been taken down

The communication is amazing, clear emails, the desktop is packed with care fast delivery, overal a amazing experience

Between their false advertising and use of DPD as a courier, I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole. On their website they advertise next day PC’s, where if you order one before 2pm they promise to deliver it the next day. Well I ordered it at 11am on Tuesday 18th November and despite assurances, the delivery wasn’t ‘attempted’ until the following Friday, then DPD came along with their typical ‘high quality service’ and tried delivering it to the complete wrong address, then informed me they won’t try again until the next week. I’m unsure how hard it is to write a complete address into a satnav, especially once you realise you’ve done it wrong the first time. Have told them to take the PC back and I want a full refund, hopefully this is something they’ll manage to do promptly.

Good PC, had a few problems but customer service helped with them

PC when it arrived finally was good, but was late with no communication, I had to call multiple times, you really need to keep your customers updated, especially when spending a large sum of money.
