They seem to take around 1hr 30 for all deliveries, always forget something and charge more than a taxi to deliver.

EXTORTIONATE PRICES ADDED TO EACH DISH
We normally eat in at this particular restaurant, however due to Storm Darragh decided to get a takeaway. When looking through the menu on GoGetters the prices seemed very expensive. I phoned the restaurant and asked the price of a couple of the dishes. 1/2 Duck was £23.00 and red noodle was around £12.00. On Go Getters the 1/2 duck was over £31.00 and the noodles over £15.00. All other dishes had extortionate amounts added on top. Add to that the fact they charge delivery, this would have added over £30.00 to our order. Needless to say we abandoned that idea and took our business elsewhere. If you're going to use GoGetters please check the prices first. I would definitely never order from a restaurant that use them as a their delivery service. I understand they're running a business but this is taking the mick.

No better than the rest
Most expensive delivery charge I know of. 3.95 del plus 1.75 service charge and they then request a tip for the driver on top. It would be cheaper to get a taxi. Used a couple of times. Most recently site dropped out whilst entering birthday promocode and placed order without it. Defeated the whole point of placing the order through them!

I use GoGetters because I know I will be getting a fantastic service. Their drivers are super friendly compared to other apps, and their customer service team are amazing and give a good personal experience instead of talking to a bot chat. 10/10

An efficient service. Very convenient having your food delivered. The taxi drivers are always very polite and deliver the food order on time. Great idea that you can track the driver. All round very pleased with the service provided.

Been Using Gogetters for years
Been Using Gogetters for years, would not order through any other company, Fast delivery, hot food when it arrives and can track order from start to finish.

So i ordered a pizza
So i ordered a pizza. The woman couldnt work the door so shouted at me and shoved it at me.
The very next order. Also a pizza. It was held on its side so the whole thing sagged to the corner of the box. They send for another one, to a completely different address. They finally find the correct address, on the invoice and order details and send me the same pizza that has been out traveling the town for 45 minutes. The cheese was ready to be remelted by the time it got to me. No compensation offered.
