What made my experience as good as it was? I would have to say, the speed in which they communicated to me. Even on a weekend! Very professional and thorough, and friendly also. Absolutely no complaints from me.

Was really happy to find this company as its hard to find trusted ones, very clear transparent and very fast. They offered more than what I thought and was very honest about the weights and amounts. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone selling gold.

The service was slick. An instant quote. Easy to send the items. Immediate response to an email I sent. I was then advised that the value of the goods I sent was significantly more than my original quote. When I agreed to sell, the money was paid into my bank account within hours. (The price paid was almost double that offered by another well known company that does valuations in a van in local car parks). Highly recommend.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Extremely quick and easy to request the pack to send in your gold. The pack is simple to understand to use. On the same day my pack was delivered, I was contacted with a slightly revised quote (which I expected as the workings in the watch were not gold so were removed) but which was still way higher than anywhere else and included an extra £10 for sending my pack back quickly. Once I replied to accept the offer, the money was in my account immediately. All communications were polite and professional and I thoroughly recommend The Goldmonkeys as a highly professional and trustworthy company.

My dealings with Gold Monkey were easy. From start ( requesting postal bag & Special delivery tracking) to the email/call to confirm value & whether I wished to proceed. The payment was in my account within 1 hour of the call. The representative of the company was very polite.

Only a three due to amount offered being very much lower than amount promised. Reason given was after stone removal. Stones would definitely not have weighed what was deducted from original offer. Be cautious! Fast payout.

After reading your email last night it's obvious that nobody other than yourself is allowed an opinion. My opinion stands. I'm actually allowed it! I didn't actually get out of bed and decide to send you my gold for the soul purpose of leaving a review like I left. I'm sorry you feel I wasn't allowed to leave one without contacting you first or indeed going through the hassle of having it returned so I could send it to a competitor.
P.s. yes the picture you sent was very nice but! It really wasn't clear enough to show every item.. plus I can clearly see black stones.

I am so impressed! I weighed my gold and took pictures of each piece and its weight. I submitted the amount in grams and was given a price. I received a special delivery envelope and instructions the next day and sent my gold off . I got an email within 36hours informing me that one of the items was , in fact, 18ct gold and my offer had increased substantially . I accepted the offer by email and the full amount was in my account within the hour.
Simple process, honest and accurate assessment and immediate payment.
