Very disappointed. They did not properly pack the product and the golf balls were in a crushed box. Unfortunately, this was a gift. I emailed the company right away but haven't heard back...

Update: heard back from the company and they sent me a new box, properly packaged, however it came after the party so I couldn't use it for the gift. Most disappointing is they haven't said they will correct their packaging issues, they just say that's how they do it. Don't order from them!

I ordered golf balls that are supposed to have a certain imprint and only two out of the 12 had those. Terrible experience what a waste of money would not buy from this company again, hopefully anyone reads this will understand and not use this company. They are trash

Quick order, seemed professional enough, proofs came and looked good, got a Mix of Golf Balls, Poker Chips, and gloves.
Then communication stopped, I had to track the order down, went to the physical address just prior to the event, and was let down with lack of ownership, quality, and overall experience, the poker chips and gloves looked good the golf balls were a bit blurry not terrible. The did not inform me the order was completed, the website did not update the status, once I collected them up, the shipping was as much as the order to make it in time for the event, epic fail.

I have never left a negative review in my life, but this experience was so bad that I felt obligated to warn others.

I ordered four dozen custom logo golf balls that were supposed to be used as customer giveaways. Instead, I received what looks like a rushed, low-quality print job that I wouldn’t proudly hand to anyone.

The proof showed a clean, professional logo placement. The actual product arrived with the logo noticeably off-center relative to the Titleist branding. On top of that, the logo itself is blurry, lacks detail, and the colours are washed out and lifeless. It honestly looks nothing like what I expected based on the mockup.

The most impressive part of this entire transaction was how quickly they managed to get it wrong. I placed the order Monday morning and it shipped Monday afternoon. While some companies take pride in quality, this felt like a race to get the product out the door before anyone had a chance to notice the problems.

Quality control appears to have been completely absent. I struggle to believe anyone actually looked at these golf balls before they were packaged and shipped. Had they done so, the alignment and print quality issues would have been obvious immediately.

To make matters worse, I’ve sent three separate emails and have received absolutely no response. No explanation. No acknowledgment. Nothing.

The most frustrating part is that we invested in custom-branded golf balls because we take pride in our company’s image. Instead of receiving a product that reflects our brand professionally, I’m left with four dozen golf balls that I don’t want to give to customers and don’t even want to use myself.

The entire experience has been disappointing from start to finish. Poor print quality, poor attention to detail, and nonexistent customer service. If you’re considering ordering custom logo golf balls from this company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I had made contact with Graeme, at golfballs.com, about items for our Twilight Wish CT Golf tournament. He walked me through the process required to have items logo’d. Expected a nice, readable logo like the previous order, but when received they were much smaller than the previous order. Was told the company stopped making them larger. You could not even make out our name. The order was on time, and everything else was fine.

UPDATE: October 4-5, 2025 from Natasha. She offered a solution, and I countered with something slightly different; she agreed. She was very interested in the problem and how we could work together to resolve the issue. I was very pleased with her professionalism. My company will be using golfballs.com once again.
