Withdrawal is lost en deposits are lost
First of all: The gameplay and the games they offer are good. My account verification went quite smoothly in about 24 hours. After playing for some time I was able to cash out a nice amount. Unlike many other online casinos, my withdrawals took an average of 2-3 business days. Personally, I think this is taking too long in 2025.
After playing for some time the problems arose:
A withdrawal of € 1200 now takes 8 days. Despite several contact moments, the problem is not resolved.
Furthermore, several deposits into my account (over €750) have not arrived. The following also applies: No idea where the money is. Given the status of my account, I would have a VIP manager, but strangely enough they do not offer this function yet.
