Amazing experience
Everyone was so helpful and polite from the moment I walked in the door. I’m going travelling and was after some kit but didn’t know where to start. Shaun was incredible and helped me choose a great bag, he took his time showing me all of the features and giving his honest opinion which was really appreciated! You can tell he really enjoys his job and has great product knowledge, he is an asset to the store! Thank you Shaun!! :)

Rio served my kids & I in Banbury.
Excellent service, helped us get the shoes we needed.

Emma was amazing
Emma served me at the Banbury store and she was amazing! Unhooking coats and security tags on demand and suggested similar coats to consider. Very patient and helpful with good humour. Love my purchase.

Great service. I wanted a pair of boots for my unusual feet and Rosie was excellent. I tried a lot of pairs and she cheerfully fetched and carried boots for me. Actually as always at Go Outdoors.

Successful visit to the Banbury store
Successful visit to the Banbury store to select a down jacket for insulation under a waterproof for a January visit to Snowdonia. Olivia was most helpful with advice to finally choose a Rab Microlight Alpine which was warm but too warm for the conditions, 3C to 5C in wind and rain.

I really didn’t know which utensils to get for a camping trip later on this year 2026, and what kind of cooker and gas canister, but Shaun who works there put me right and also gave me some tips. I will be going back soon as I can to get more things for my summer trip.
