Amazing value
Carlisle store, great customer care. Only went in to purchase a small rucksack for walking/holidays.
Became a member as it brought the price down to £11also used a blue light card to bring the price down further still, under £10.
Great value! Friendly and helpful member of staff.

Staff were very polite and helpful when I visited the store to collect an order. I wish when the e mail came to say my order was ready for collection it had given more than 24 hours to collect as I had to make a special trip to collect, thinking I may loose my order if I had not done this.

Friendly service
Whilst in store we were greeted by friendly welcoming staff.
We were given time to browse without feeling rushed.
The member of staff who tended to us was called Amy. She was very polite and chatty . Offered us advice on what we were buying, with no pressure to purchase anything.
She was available to get our sizes and didn't object to going backwards and forwards for various sizes in different boots. All of which were available, so the shop must be well stocked!
Once we had decided on our purchases, Amy took our boxes downstairs to put behind the till for when we had finished shopping in the store.
Excellent experience and 3 pairs of walking boots bought 😁

Great little shop
Great little shop, with great staff. Louise served me and like any of them was friendly and helpful. Just wish the shop was bigger.

Ordered some trainers via click and collect. Text received to say they were in store next day. Simple and efficient collection that worked well from start to finish and I picked up some bargain wellies at the same time!

Really excellent service
