27/04/2026 visited spoke with Dan who went above and beyond to find me socks that would be comfortable for me personally due to most socks for hiking are thick at the toes. I went away feeling a valued customer,. third time Dan. Previously entered the store came away without socks twice. Dan was helpful friendly proactive & productive. I would definitely give him a management position if I ran head office. I will only take Dans advice upon entering the store.

Staff were talking to each other and it was difficult to find someone to help. The dual pricing system was not explained by any obvious signage so I didn't know what/how to become a member and what this would cost etc. Changing rooms are difficult to get in.
When I found a member of staff they were extremely helpful and friendly. They explained everything and made sure I was looked after

Great customer service
We have visited store today for the first time and we signed up to be members straight away as we are wanting to buy a few new bits for our caravan and we explained to Susie that we had just joined but could we still get the member discount and she was very helpful and polite. We purchased what we wanted today without any fuss so thank you. Great customer service today from Susie.

Extremely helpful
There was a really helpful young lady by the door. She. Showed me where to find the travel items which I wanted and. Also opened the changing rooms. The tills were clear and very quick. All the staff were polite. I wish they stocked Rab trousers for women in a colour other than black,grey and navy. . A stone colour would be lovely 😍.

Definitely improvement on last year
Great experience thisvusit. The store seems to be cleaner and tidier than last time. Much more choice of good walking gear. Staff friendly including Amanda who served us on the till. Very friendly and polite.
