Best customer experience ever……
My youngest was buying a bike with her birthday money & Robbie was so knowledgeable, gave excellent advice and put my youngest at ease. He is a credit to the Go-outdoor company and brand. Give this man a bonus or at least should be in your coaching department in teaching your other employees on how to treat customers.

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff. Was buying camping equipment for my son to go to festival.Gave lots of advice. The tent we purchased was display one and last in shop . Robbie took the time to dismantle and was very helpful. Great service

New waterproof jackets and boots.
In to buy new waterproof jackets for myself and wife. The wife also getting a new pair walking boots. We were assisted by Ross C who was a great help in letting us try the jackets on. Nothing was to much hassle for him, especially with me trying on multiple jackets all connected up to the security links. We got two jackets and a pair of boots. We saved a small fortune with the deals. Always helpful staff in the Clydebank store. Will be back again soon for other essentials.

Shocking & embarrassing!
Paid for a £50 gift voucher as a gift. Paid extra for next day delivery. Took 2 days to deliver by EVRI. Recipient tried to use in GO OUTDOORS. Told nothing on card by shop cashier. He was embarrassed. I was embarrassed. He then had to make various phone calls & shop were pretty unhelpful. Shop stated they couldn’t phone for him to sort it out despite myself forwarding the email with all details for him.
I will never purchase a gift card again through them. Save your own time and money! Shocking service.

We’re very sorry to hear that your gift card did not arrive within the next day delivery timescale you paid for. This isn’t the level of service we expect to provide, and we apologise for the delay on this occasion.
In view of this a refund of the £5.99 delivery charge has been issued back to your original payment method. This should appear on your statement within 3–5 working days, and you will have received an email confirming this.
We have also reached out to you via email to gather a little more information, as our initial checks show the gift card is active with the full £50 balance. Once we receive your response, we’ll be happy to investigate this further for you.

David C was very kind ,knowledgeable,
polite, and helped me choose an appropriate daysack for my needs.
He spent a good deal of time with me and my wife as I have a disability and even had me try the rucksack on , as well as explaining
the various parts It suited my needs perfectly for holding my 2 camping chairs!!
He then took us over to the till .
I was made to feel “”important” during my time there

Excellent cusomer service
I'm a frequent customer in the store and the staff never fail to attend to whatever request I throw their way! Susie often goes above and beyond with greeting and helping me out with nervous dogs that I bring to the store for environmental exposure. Adam on the tills was very resourceful with taking my post code as I had forgotten my card that day. Overall the experience ran smoothly and all our needs were accomodated, despite the store being busier than usual.
