I visited the Derby branch of Go…
I visited the Derby branch of Go outdoors as I had seen an advert on tiktok. I had no idea that Go outdoors stocked so much fishing equipment.
I was served by a very nice knowledgeable gentleman called Gordon, what a bloke, very helpful, knew his stuff.
I actually ended up buying more than I had gone in for, I will be back.

Harry and Kai were exceptional. Both in product knowledge and listening to what I wanted. Then explaining the options I had. Foot ware there isn’t anyone better than Kai. For everything else Harry is your man .

Walking boots
Ohh I have been looking for walking boots and at your store found the lovely Paige who helped me to make a decision which boots to buy,, she went above and beyond, she’s she knowledgable about the products in Go outdoors at the derby branch and I was absolutely happy with all the information and I have bought the boots and a paid of socks which I think was fab, weldone to Paige, she’s a good one.

Pleasant Experience
Staff were very attentive and dealt with all our queries. Couldn’t fault the staff and our experience. Liam was very helpful on the tills as was a man with longish dark hair.
