Doncaster has always been my favourite Go outdoors. From the minute you walk in to the moment you leave you are greeted with knowledgable and friendly staff. Always got what you need.
Special mention for Micheal. I have seen Micheal on most of my visits to the store he's always smiling , brilliant customer service skills and good knowledge. Always springs into action and happy to help. Thank you

Depth of knowledge & enthusiast service
We went to sort all the equipment our son needs for a 4 week hiking trip to Peru, we had a list of stuff needed but no idea where to begin, luckily Chris & Colin helped us out kitting him with everything he will need from socks to rucksacks, boots to headtorch. Thankyou for the advice.

Drive Away Awning
Having had some issues with a drive away awning, we were struggling as we kept getting told that replacement parts were unavailable. I spoke to Chris and found him very helpful, even persistent in his efforts to resolve the situation which I'm pleased to say is now sorted.

Staff not songood
Staff at store to busy chatting in their own group. Ignoring service requests. Eventually when they did help after getting there attention. It was as though I was interrupting there social gathering .Instead of helping. Very reluctant to help customers
