Mick was really helpful in giving us expert knowledge about tents and the availability of particular makes and Jess was extremely helpful in helping us get the best deal. Great customer service, highly recommended

Doncaster store always 5 stars and yesterday was no exception. I needed to investigate whether the DoE service was still available as it was some years since using it for a grandson. Colin was busy sorting shelves when I managed to explain my query. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very knowledgeable about the DoE and gave me very comprehensive information to send to family to help them make equipment decisions. Colin was able to explain clearly and was patient in taking time update my Go Outdoors members discount card. The Doncaster branch staff are always cheerful, patient and knowledgeable about the products and Colin typified that.

Today was the second time we have been to Go Outdoors Doncaster and required support from the staff. First time we went with a list of stuff our son needed for his D of E. Firstly we went to see Faith who helped us get walking boots ensuring they were comfortable, nothing was too much bother for her and she made us feel so comfortable. We then went to see Colin who supported us with getting the rucksack. sleeping bag and clothes needed. Again he was great made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. Today we went back and saw Faith to get some different insoles for our sons walking boots. Fantastic support again always happy to help. Thanks guys means alot.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. We were served by John and another guy who I didn’t grab the name of but told us he was the one who put all the tents up. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning to upgrade our tent.

Just been served by Arti (footwear) in Doncaster branch. She was very helpful indeed. I think I tried on 7 pairs on walking shoes/boots and nothing was any trouble for her, so thank you so much in helping me choose my shoes.

I was served by Paige today. She was so great. I wasn’t able to log into my blue light card and she helped me to ensure I got my discount. A really great store to get to and use. There was a lot of products on show which was helpful.

Paige & Faith were great at the Doncaster store, helped with exchange of faulty item and recommended a better replacement. And gave great advice with upcoming walking expedition. Both very knowledgeable about they're stock.

Bought the hi gear 300 gazebo this week and its perfect. Micheal was very helpfull as always. This is one of my favourite shops to gk to, staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpfull.
